I think the reason hard copies or video are not available to the Jurors is because they aren't redacted. Due to Objections supported. It could be a nightmare if accidentally Jurors received a copy with a mistake. Both sides would want to see it before it was handed to the Jurors. That would take up time too. I think the read back is the only way to go.

I just saw something on in sessions that I had to come in on. Please excuse my typos as I am on my phone.

When my other half died.

I too was in the ante room of the funeral home. And we were telling jokes and life stories. And laughing. I did not do it's by the body in the viewing room.

His friends and I shared stories. We laughed. We were just deal.

I would think that most people think that that is bad. I now see that. But at the time, it was what we needed to do.

1 of his friends even sent an email to everybody with 1 letter off from his correct email. he did that the day before the funeral. he was pretending to be my other half, and talking about the drinking and smoking and having fun up in haven't seen. We laughed and laughed.

And we didn't funeral home.

I have told on my family members and friends that I want to have a party. Not a funeral. Have a big party was fun and laughing. and telling stories.

That maybe something that the jurors touch on, but again, I don't think it was comparable to mine.

As stated before, as usual, I am on now not my nook, but my little teeny weeny phone. So lots of typos!

I just had to get that out because I carry the guilt with me laughing and funeral home for many years.

Sister nurse, I wish I knew.... he might just be grandstanding, being the pr1ck he is, or maybe something not so cool for the state went down.

I need to take a step away. Not feeling so good,

Nick Savio, Kathleen's half brother, thinks DP killed her. DP laughed throughout the funeral and he seemed sinister and was making jokes.
Seemed wrong even considering Kathleen was his ex-wife. They had two children together and were married ten years.

Michael Lisak is Kathleen's nephew. Aunt Kitty told him that if anything happened to her DP had something to do with it. DP would throw frozen steaks at her, anything that was hard, and hit her with it. She had a black eye one time but said she fell down the stairs but the family knew better.

DP was the police they didn't know where to go. They were concerned. LE told them they'd face perjury charges if they kept pursuing it because it's her word against his. At the grand jury she was told to quit pursuing this.

Sue ~ My sister was terrified and this was not an accident. She was told case is closed, end of story. Sue could not accept it, it was wrong. Sue believes, absolutely 100 percent that Kathleen was murdered.

Nick tries to live a normal life. Now he hopes justice is serviced.

Michael thinks DP took things into his own hands but had considered having someone else do it (murder Kathleen).

Nick grew up with Kathleen thirteen years of his life; he misses her a lot but can't get her back.

Out of curiousity, I mapped the distance between Blue Island (Cook Co.) to Bolingbrook (Will Co.). It's 26.1 miles, 40 mins., via I-55 and I-294.

How did Stacy end up in Bolingbrook? Was it because one of Christie's sisters lived there? If so, it's possible DP and the Cales sisters paths crossed especially if they frequented the bar DP owned. I think one of the sisters would be aware of that history though if it exists.

Stacy had just turned 14 two months prior to her mother's disappearance. She would have still been in middle school/junior high. The drinking age is 21, so I don't imagine any reason for any of the Cales sisters (Christie's daughters) to be in pubs in their HS years. And I don't think Christie would have traveled 26 miles to go to a bar when plenty exist right in her own area.

also, I wouldn't count on it taking 40 minutes to drive 26 miles. Not in the Chicago area in traffic. It's probably closer to an hour.

26 miles is a long ways to travel in this area just do do things one would usually need to drive no further than 10-15 minutes. Shopping, dining, etc. It wouldn't be uncommon to commute to work, but other than work it's not a commute people would make for normal every day activities.

How Stacy ended up in the BB area might have no baring on her mothers disappearance. Right now, I have no reason to discount the family's belief that she (Christie) died at the hands of an abusive live in boy friend.

Right now there is nothing in common about Stacy and her mothers disappearance, other than they appear to be DV related, by two different men.

After the CA trial it will surprise me more if he is found guilty and I will be extremely disappointed.
