Hope I'm putting this in the right place. First time caller, long time "listener" to WS. Really enjoy the insight!

I just have a few minutes, so I'll have to come back to see if there are any replies, but I have two questions/observations:

1. If LaViolette had a talk entitled "Was Snow White Abused?" and it wasn't really about Snow White being abused, then that is misleading. And misleading is what this lady has been from day one.

2. I haven't heard/seen any comments on how coerced Travis looks in the shower photos. He looks cowed and afraid. In one, I think he seems to have the beginning of tears in his eyes. Wouldn't this be an important part of the trial? Maybe someone has covered it, and I didn't see, since I've only been watching since Arias came to the stand. I knew that was crazy in and of itself, given the circumstances, so it was like a car wreck - you want to look away, but your curiousity gets the better of you.

This may be a stupid question but oh well.

Do the jurors get to see the things that aren't entered into evidence but are talked about during the trial? For instance, I don't think they entered TA's journals into evidence but JW went over parts of it with ALV. So can the jury read through it all when they deliberate?

Don't quote me on this but i BELIEVE she was not allowed to read from them, only review then summarize from memory, because they are not admissable and the jury will not have access to them.

Women like this really make me sick. They are such a huge ball of hot air and do such an injustice to the women out there who really ARE strong women. These are not strong women. They are just women with chips on their shoulders who ban together to make one big, jumbled, mess of nothing.

I agree with others that it's hilarious ALV was basically fired from her speaking engagement this weekend because of backlash.

I have no respect for that woman. Zero. She got up there and spouted off what the defense paid her to say. She disparaged a dead man who was savagely, brutally murdered by the defendant (a defendant who admits she did it).

What moral human being could do such a thing?? She deserves whatever negativity she gets from this. Law of attraction and all.

I think almost everything in her journal was about Travis, which to me shows just how obsessed she was with him. It's obvious her entire world revolved around him. She was totally an obsessed stalker, IMO.

Omg I'm watching this part of the opening statements for the first time. JM is talking about the shower photos and the final moments of Travis' life. He says JA starts to stab Travis when he in in the sitting position in the shower. I have the shivers.

<respectfully snipped by me>......Why should J5 hide as if she did something wrong? Would any one of us here be hiding out? No, we'd be right back in that courtroom to let everyone know that we have done nothing wrong.

No, I wouldn't be 'hiding out' and I also wouldn't be in the courtroom taking up valuable court time, forcing the Judge to make statements about my presence and assign someone to escort me around, making the Alexander family go through yet another useless delay, giving the defense ANY opportunity to suggest they have a reason to ask for a mistrial, giving the court watchers/camera guy etc something to focus on other than the murder of Travis Alexander......etc......

If I was truly interested in justice for Travis, I'd make a statement that I'm not going to talk ever and I'd watch the trial on tv or online in my own home just like everyone else. Period. I would recognize that this is not a reality tv show, it's a murder trial. But that's jmt.


ETA: For all we know, she's pro Jodi.
