It was like she brought her own living laugh track. Like she thought she was the star of her own comedy show.
Well, comedy = tragedy over time...
...good to see she is treating this case with the respect it deserves.

I'm no psychic, but I guarantee you this point will be made repeatedly - probably ad nauseum. He has already touched on it.
Does anyone know if there is a chain of evidence on her journals? How much time did she have to falisfy, add or subtract. Were they in the hands of the defense?
Are juror 5's notes still available to the other jurors to review? Or are they thrown out along with her?
Good luck! I'm sure you'll make an excellent juror.
It is still a wonder to me how 12 whole people agreed with the Defense in KC's trial. I would have considered it a 'miracle' if one or two had but somehow all 12 agreed. I think even some alternate jurors said they didn't think KC was guilty!

I doubt she could do it in jail. But it is dated 5/22, so she could have probably worked it into the journal after the murder.
This is another one with a bunch of bad stuff about Travis, so it's such a lie that she wouldn't write anything bad about him. She even calls him bipolar!
The evidentary hearing has already been discussed so the jury would know they have met before. And if they missed that the first time, I'm sure the fact will come up again.Because this trial has dragged on for so long, it is easy to get caught in the minutia of things and lose sight of things in their entirety. If this trial had lasted less than three weeks and focused on the real issues, like it should have, we would not be picking on minor points. It may be part of the DT strategy, hoping the jury can't see the forest for the trees. Closing arguments will put things sharply in focus again.
The jury does not know that they have met before. Because this trial has turned into a marathon, I forgot that JM and ALV have exchanged pleasantries in what has been reported as a heated meeting (the pedo incident in an evidentiary hearing).
:
She has betrayed those she cares the most for. If I weren't so mad at her, it would be sad to see her facing the consequences of her deliberate choice of actions.
Karma at work.
I agree with others that it's hilarious ALV was basically fired from her speaking engagement this weekend because of backlash.
I have no respect for that woman. Zero. She got up there and spouted off what the defense paid her to say. She disparaged a dead man who was savagely, brutally murdered by the defendant (a defendant who admits she did it).
What moral human being could do such a thing?? She deserves whatever negativity she gets from this. Law of attraction and all.
Good morning!
Can anybody tell me approximately where in yesterday's testimony you can hear AL saying that Travis was not a victim? I want to see the reactions on people's faces as she says that. If I have to watch the entire day again, I will jump out of a window. Thanks![]()
I would think that it would be obvious what day she actually wrote a legit (or her warped version of legit) journal entry for the last time and at what point she started fabricating things that would be in line for either her "plan" or the aftermath.

I personally have issues with a dismissed juror making a statement about "no statement" then showing up at the trial. Is there any better way to assure one will be the center of attention? Then claiming they have to go home and talk to their "legal advisors."
It's not about her and she just made herself the center of the circus. Legal advisors? She's a dismissed juror. GMAB
