Just wondering if this is a good strategic move for the PT to pursue.

i believe he has previously sworn testimony from ALV saying it was on the laptop. he'll impeach her with it.

I'm still trying to understand why Juror # 5 has chosen to return to the courtroom to observe the trial vs watching live feed in the comfort of her home.

She's asked for the respect of privacy for she & her family (which she certainly deserves) so why would she subject herself to the attention and scrutiny of the media?

Why oh why then did Jodi decide to go on shows that were seen from coast-to-coast? Doesn't sound like she felt much shame to me.

Honestly, please don't fillet me, I kind of do feel sorry for her that those pictures are all over the Internet. Let it be a lesson ladies! NEVER EVER NEVER take photos like that. Even if you delete them immediately, apparently, they can be recovered!

Well we already know she looked at his accounts, she already confessed that to Detective Flores on one of the phone interviews they had before she was arrested.

Just how much she looked at his accounts and when will be interesting to know, hopefully we will learn more during Juan's rebuttal case.

Plus she CLAIMS TA gave her his passwords - so if she did log in how can anyone prove she snuck his passwords rather getting them with his permission? Maybe at some point he changed his passwords and the computer forensics guy can show that she tried to get in after that point?
