That's weird not locking the house, as that's not the safest city in the world, and knowing someone crazy is stalking you.

Kinda sad if he thought his life was in danger from her, and then to have sex with her and let her place him in the shower etc.

There are some things I'm not sure about in this case. This is not one of them. She would not have taken so much trouble to hide her tracks in Arizona only to tell THE main person that she was going to visit him. I think she called him on her way to ask him his plans and make sure he was there.

Once she did get there she must have apologised for whatever blackmailing she had done, told him she wanted to return his money. also that she was going to see Ryan Burns and that she was going to finally move on with her life (Travis would have been relieved) and then finally lured him to have sex one last time.

He, of course, with hindsight etc., should have known

So in light of that, all this chattering for days about how wonderful she is and how she was abused by Travis is right close to ridiculous.

Monday, Juan Martinez gets to finally cross examine Ms. LaViolette, after just beginning on Friday when trial ended. I cannot wait for him to tear up her phoney sympathic coddling of a murderer."

I was not familair with the eponymous movies...as that genre I don;t follow.

But I just saw this: Ginger Snap (Video 2010) "An aspiring actress in the 1930s is forced to deal with her insecurities and past demons when a former lover shows up unexpectedly in her dressing room."

I am unsure of a few things here based on words used at times.
"Stalking", "break-in"

1. He did let her in voluntarilly?
2. She showed up unannunced?
3. Why did he let her in if he had told others she was a psycho or whatever words he used, and if he were found dead, she would be the one who did it. So why let her in?

1. I think so. There were a few phone exchanges between TA and JA in the hours before her arrival. The sex photographs document at least some level of sexual interaction between the two of them. I don't think that Travis' reservations with JA precluded him from engaging in sexual acts with her. And personally I think it's pushing the boundaries of plausibility to say that somehow the photos where brought in from her camera, or that he was in any way under duress at that stage.

2. No I don't think so. Pretty much for the same reasons above. Though if by unannounced you mean that they hadn't planned her to come over that day, then probably yes. I think it's probably something along the lines of what she testified, that she called him on the fly, and said she was coming over for another you-know-what. Also tied in with that are the photographs from their Church outings or PPL or something that she was apparently supposed to give him copies of. I believe there is also some truth in that - maybe a further sweetener to the deal.

3. Again similar to above, but in addition to this is the possibility (a theory that I think is certainly possible) that she threatening to blackmail him in some way, and I'm not sure exactly how this transpired, whether she said something like "I will bring the naughty photos and sex tapes over and we can destroy them together..." (big time clutching at straws here).

He definitely had his concerns about her, but perhaps it was one of those things - you feel funny about someone because they exhibit certain scary traits, and you may say something to a friend about them - but you would never in your wildest dreams imagine that they would actually go through and fulfill your worst fears. I would have thought that Travis gave Jodi at least that much. Sadly, he just didn't think she would actually take it as far as she did.

I don't think she 'broke-in' in this instance, and the stalking stuff is a whole other story, there would be people here much better placed to outline all of that.

If one lives in a small town where there either aren't rental cars available or the choice and cost is limited, yes, they would go into another town/city to rent the car.

However, what is wrong with this scenario, is that she is going on an extended "road trip" with no job or finances, her bank account(s) almost depleted, and owing Travis two payments for a car she made inoperable.

I am not backing her up here BUT she rented the car at the HERTZ at the
airport so she could return it in AZ (had TA let her stay/married her)
