You might want to listen -- Wendy Murphy speaks for all of us who are sickened by this fabricated defense. And, believe me, she pulls no punches!! Talks about being reprimanded/punished (whatever) by a TV network for calling the defense strategy BS (although she didn't use the abbreviation). It was refreshing to hear a TH calling the spades "spades."

I've been a long time lurker and fan of this forum!

I came into this trial a little bit behind and have gone back and read through most of the posts, and the exhibits.

I have a hard time believing this was anything but murder... cold blooded, premeditated and calculated. Given the many mis-truths/versions that have come out of Jodi's mouth, I think the defense had to come up with 'something' ... some angle to defend her. I have sat here with my jaw dropped listening to weeks of Travish-bashing and my heart goes out to the Alexander family for having to endure this.

Juan Martinez is a very passionate prosecutor...I love his style!

Can't wait for court to start this morning!! I wonder how much sleep ALV got this weekend....because you know for sure she got a taste of the hot seat on Friday and I can not believe she's looking forward to the week ahead!!

Snow White has been a big topic of this trial for the past few days and wouldn't you know Disney on Ice was in town so I took the kiddos to it over the weekend and kept thinking "I hope they don't show Snow White and the 7 Dwarfs or I will bust a gut!" They didn't, Snow White and her companions were not included in this years show that I saw. Instead we had Toy Story, Cars, The Little Mermaid, Tinkerbell and of course Mickey, Minnie, Goofy and Pluto!
