....ummm...so, during my legitimate and scientific research on said dwarfs, I found a character synopsis of each and it was noted that Doc was the presumed boss and that he stammered and often said things like, " what are you doing and who are you doing?"...( seriously, this was referenced under Docs character synopsis...)

Juror #5 is a member of the public. If she goes then I am filing a motion to have Donovan go. I can't see how the defence can prevent a member of the public from attending court. It's not like this woman was being disruptive. Wouldn't matter anyway since she stated she will watch from home.

I believe so. IIRC JA told Floes they had been together 30 years. I read here that SA visits 3 times a week. The member may have accessed the visitor logs but I'm unsure.

So weird that SA visits JA 3 x per week. They don't even look at each other in court.

Think JA's lawyers have this set up for appearance sake. :twocents:

That's so funny--just last night my husband told me that our 12 year old overweight, arthritis-ridden dog Petunia would probably be dead if I wasn't around because he wouldn't remember to water and feed her b/c he's distracted by our young kids who are lunatics.:floorlaugh:

The magical day has finally arrived! We get to watch Juan Martinez continue to unravel the myths in Jodi's journals as interpreted by Alyce LaViolette. JM will masterfully shred the tall tales that Jodi wove in her voluminous writings and eventually prove to ALV that most of JA's stories were just that - stories made up to try to paint herself as a helpless victim. How ironic is it that the real victim in this case was a gifted motivational speaker and that it will be a motivational speaker who will likely seal the fate of the perpetrator? :moo:

As someone else said in another posting (I thought it was cute)...it will be

I am thinking, hoping that we will see some reprecussions in reference to AVL's behaviour on Thursday as well as her cronies that thought they were witnessing a comedy. Instead of a trial for a cold blooded murder. jmo

I think an appropriate punishment would be for the judge to order her and her "audience" (those guffawers) to wear some kind of outlandish hat, like a set of donkey ears, or maybe a large salmon, you know. This may inspire some of our more intrepid sleuthers to action with photos, if you know what I mean. Perhaps a contest? Most appropriate punishment hat.
