I did some googling, came across some other sites, and will paste some comments I found here in this one post, instead of making several. Pastes below

I am a therapist with the same credentials as Ms. LaViolette. She has overstepped her credentials. She is not qualified to get on the stand with her master's degree and come to the conclusion that Travis Alexander was a perpetrator of domestic violence. This therapist has annihilated the code of ethics for her profession. She has based her opinion on the lies of a murderer and has shown no care or empathy for the family of the victim (that would be Travis Alexander, not Jodi Arias.)

As a psychologist, I've watched in horror as two of the worst examples of "experts" from my profession have done everything possible to undermine the credibility of the field in front of a national audience. Of course there is always some subjectivity associated with the analysis of human behavior, but adherence to scientific principles can produce reliable and verifiable results. Unfortunately, charlatans can use the language of the field to lend false credibility to almost any opinion.
I'm hesitant to question JM's judgment on any aspect of his cross examination, partly because I thought he was amazing (no notes!?!) but also because I would never want to incur the wrath of his fans here. I am new, after all. Still, he could have hammered ALV on her lack of scientific rigor, especially her repeated assertions that she was able to do all of the diagnostic work "in her brain". An absence of written work to explain in detail how her decision was reached is a huge red flag.
Also, the definition of "stalking" doesn't require the victim to respond in any particular way. Here's the American Psychological Association's description:
"Stalking refers to repeated harassing or threatening behaviors that an individual engages in such as following a person, appearing at a person’s home or place of business, making harassing phone calls, leaving written messages or objects, or vandalizing a person’s property. These actions may be accompanied by a credible threat of serious harm, and they may or may not be precursors to an assault or murder"

Under oath she testified her MS was 1980
Jodi Arias Trial - Day 41 - Part 3 (cross starts) - YouTube 33:05
she is presenting herself at the college as getting her Masters in 1974 .
Under oath, knowing JM would know, she testified she got her Masters in 1980 Even bragged she finished it in 2 yrs. This would mean she wasn't even going for it six yrs earlier like she has frauded on the College site listing w the 1974 date. She embellished SIX years at the college listing
IMO, The Battered Women Syndrome got off on the wrong foot from the very start. The name of the syndrome shows gender discrimination and bias. It makes it sound like ONLY females can be victims of abuse.
Imo it should have been named Battered Syndrome for there are countless men and women who have been battered in an abusive relationship, physically, emotionally and sexually.
I truly think ALV became a 'rubber stamper' and ruled for females every time and against males.
IMO
It sounds like she's won too many people over in jail. She needs to go to prison -NOW Anyone know if she'll have to have her hair cut?

I am giving hootsuite a try so I can stay in touch with our Facebook users as well as Tweeters at same time. Looks promising so far.

Yes, I understood there were other recordings as well. I didn't recall a number but 7 sounds about right.
Also, are we sure all were sex recordings?
I wonder if the DT is trying to get one into evidence showing TA having a 'moment' of anger with JA to prove a point. I hope they are not allowed to do that.
But, IIRC, ALV was not supposed to be allowed to testify that TA was an abuser and she pretty much did. Anyone remember?

He's being called to verify the phone sex audio. It should be quick.
I disagree. When you aren't born blessed with boobage the desire for them starts when every other girl your age is growing them!
I wanted mine done from the age of sixteen, surgeon wouldn't do it until I was 18! It's nice to fill out a shirt and bathing suit![]()

I was thinking more army actuallyBBM Why would she have to cut her hair?? She's not going to be a nun (even if she thinks she is one now):floorlaugh:
I think she should anyway. Don't they have limited shower days in prison?
DT better not keep this guy on the stand for hours on end,at this point they are on the titanic and nothing can save them for going down
This is just a rumour, surely? Nobody but the defence team knows if he will testify again.
I think it would be a very bad move on their part to revisit either the existing sex tape, or introduce (rumoured) new ones. I sense the jury has had enough of sex evidence. All it did was indicate that Travis and Arias indulged in sex. No matter the acts, it was just sex, and proved nothing beyond that.
I think the only tape they would be interested in now is if Travis were heard to threaten to kill Arias, and not by mere name calling.

I am betting the DT wants to get in the recording that has the "corked" in it that ALV kept referring to in her testimony. :twocents:
Agreed. My DD got a boob job at 18. Had nothing at all to do with sexual activity (she was not active until later college years) - it had to do with self esteem. What I do know is that it cost $4,000 - not $300 like JAs. Where is that surgeon I wonder? Mexico?
I think he'll keep it pretty brief, 2 maybe 3 days tops.
NO. That is from the infamous sex tape. He says it right after he clarifies what he said about her fake orgasm. No other sex tape is coming in.
