She needs to have everything taken away from her. No pens, paper, art supplies- NOTHING. :furious:

If she gets LWOP she has access to tons of things. She could get a university education (at the cost of taxpayers of course), do her paint by numbers drawings and sell them through her mother, multiple visitations a week, multiple phone calls outside a week, interviews with the media, and on and on. She deserves none of those privileges!

I don't think it did happen. I haven't heard anything about Donovan going back to jail and I would think that would be news if it were true. She's made herself a player in this trial, so the media would be all over it. Not true IMO.

Anyone watching The First 48 on A&E? There's a story about a serial killer, Terry Blair, who will be giving a first-hand account of his murders. Saw some preview of him crying- PHFFFFFF. He got LWOP!!!! Amazing- he killed 6 woman. Wonder why he didn't get the DP?

You make some good points, but do you think JA cares about any of that? IMO her only concern is herself and how she can use people.

I agree with the other poster that JA will not suffer in prison, unless she ends up on death row in a cell 23hrs day - that would be the best thing for her and it would also protect the other prisoners from her.

She exploits all those around her, other prisoners should be protected!

I thought at first that others should be protected from her in prison. And then I realized PRISON. She has to worry about the inmates.

No. She sits next to Jodi's mom almost every day in court. She also is the one running Jodi's Twitter account....from outside jail.

I asked about that late last nite (or early this morning) - I noticed in the courtroom, "Donnie" is no longer sitting next to JA's Mom - some skinny guy that I didn't recognize. AND, did anyone ever find out why JA's journals were taken away from her jail cell April 1?

...wait, that email from TA that was just quoted on here.. that was sent right before he was murdered? Was that the last communication? Sorry, I've missed a lot of that stuff and so I don't know the context of their emails.

That text was in the last thread and then the door shut. But I hope AstroKitty will post it again because it is very chilling! We could speculate that it was a prelude of things to come because in that text, TA was very, very finished with JA. There is something there that he is referencing that JA did which he finds unfathomable and is giving her 24 hours to fess up or make amends. As ALV said, "it's about context"...
Could it be about:
-

• -JA stole his Mormon ring?
• -JA stole TA's money?
• -JA hacked into TA's e-mail and pretended to write something as if it's him?
• -JA started sending pics out that were nothing short of emotional blackmail?
• -JA changed the Cancun reservations and included herself and nixed Mim*?

What say you?

All of the above? He was furious, it had to be more than one thing unless it was something big none of us has heard about.
