Jumping off your post. Some are saying they don't think proving the penis pics are, or are not, Travis is important but I disagree. I think if it could be proven by the prosecution that the defense out and out misrepresented evidence to the jury, it would prove how low the DT has sank to ruin the reputation of the victim. The jury might realize that, if they were dishonest about that, they could be dishonest about other things too. MOO.

My theory is because the absence of a brand new camera would have pointed straight to the 'crazy photographer stalker ex-girlfriend'. Who was a self purported photographer.

Did she mention that's she's a photographer? Oh, and an artist. But really, she was a waitress. Sometimes. And sometimes a saleswoman - but that didn't really work out.

Yes, I agree 100%. I've never bought into the theory that it ended up in the washer accidentally while she rushing around to clean. I always thought she left the camera and put it in the washer on purpose to remove any DNA and to destroy the camera completely. She probably thought that when his friends found out the camera was missing it would point to her. You know, kinda like, "well, he has a stalker ex who is also a photographer." 2+2=4. :twocents:

Yes, I think she is being held in a similar space where the inmate (Miranda? The woman with the two blonde girlfriends) was transferred.

There is too much competition in the general population for Jodi. Those two Alpha Females would smack her down to the size of a sardine can.

Later in the clip, they show some of the cells. Was it 48 hours that showed all those inmates that really liked JA? Bleurgh. JA needs to be heading to the Lumley Unit at Perryville!

DB fingers and nails very distinctive and VERY different from Travis'...Those are NOT Travis' fingers on that bing bing! Im no expert but come one that is just plain as day. Look at the wide features of DB's fingernails and tips, look at the bone structure right below the fingernails (first knuckle/joint) VERY different from Travis'. TA's hand seem to have nvr done any hard labor. DB's seems like he works daily with his hands.

Unless I am missing a proper view, Travis's middle finger is much longer than the ones on either side of it. "Those other fingers" all look fairly even in length. Does anyone agree?

IMHO.....that is the Smoking Gun.

If the jury believes those are not TA either -- It makes JA to be lying again (still) and has pulled the wool over her OWN DT team. Allowed evidence to be entered in (via her words) that is false.........so that finger pic just proves what JA os willing to do (MORE LIES) to anyone and everyone around here.

Her DT team, the court, the Jury, Evidence, the stand, the people, the State of AZ......as she is a 100% liar. After all the DT *is taking her word* that penis pic was TA.....as it is only JODI that said to here DT, to allow it as evidence!!

Maybe not a smoking gun, but definitely another chip away at the foundation of their case. How many times will the jury excuse them for misrepresenting facts before they don't believe anything they've presented?

Some feel bad for the DT, but I don't. They built their whole case around the lies of a lying liar. And I don't think they're stupid, so I have to believe that they knew that going into trial.

That is the same incident where Jodi was listening outside the door where the Hughes' were talking to Travis about how they found Jodi creepy. And she gave them a psychotic look... They basically told Travis she is not welcome there anymore after that.

Well Chris Hughes is tweeting up a storm. He believes he nor Sky will be called in the rebuttal.

He said they kicked Jodi out of their house in 2007?? because they were afraid of her.

That doesn't make any sense. She could've taken the entire box with her. She JUST killed someone. How hard would it have been to take a 12 ounce camera and its packagin in comparison to killing someone?

I hardly doubt his missing camera would've been noticed within the first couple of days anyway. If anything she could've staged this as a burglary and taken his laptop and other electronics.

I just don't think she was thinking THAT far ahead with thoughts of:
'Stolen camera = Jodi Arias'.
Remember she had no idea if his neighbors had surveillance cameras on or that the red light cameras (which she mentioned) caught a glimpse of her in Mesa.
She was totally winging and wishing. Unless we have this all wrong and it was nothing like how we think it went down. Perhaps she did come in as an intruder wearing ski masks etc.
Am I the only one who gets a headache when thinking about this event? My brain hurts.

When I was in 3rd grade I was called out by the teacher for having a swastika drawn on my hand. I had NO idea what a swastika was...someone else had drawn it on my hand, I just thought it was a design. Teacher pulled me out of my chair up to the front of the class and gave this you are a communist lecture. Didn't know what a communist was either.

My 5th grade teacher pointed me out as an example of a half-breed (my mother is Native American and my father of European decent). I remember it as one of the defining moments of my 40+ years. I hope teachers today have a better understanding of sensitivity.

How can it be proved though? Besides just looking at if as we have. We are at the rebuttal phase, can JM bring this up and would it be as important as the gas cans witness from walmart? Im trying to think as JM would about how relevant this is to premeditation which is the ultimate goal for JM now that we are at this phase of the trial.

I believe with every fiber of my being Jodi stole Travis' money too. So she was definitely making an attempt to understand what they knew verses where she stood.

I think the camera was accidentally left. Like I said earlier, after brutally murdering someone, I hardly think taking his camera would've implicated her any more. If getting rid of her fingerprints was her intent then, tossing it in the shower would've suffice too.

But regardless if it was done on purpose or an oversight, Stubby Einstein wasn't as bright as she thought because without that camera, this might've had a very different ending.

And no one has dressed the $700.00 Jodi deposited along the way. I think Travis was aggravated she was taking another trip without paying him for 2 months on the car she wrecked.

I just want to jump really quick on a conversation that people have been discussing off and on: the idea of Jodi finding a relationship while in jail. Usually I am neither here nor there about the death penalty, but there is something about the idea of her finding someone that makes me cringe. The idea that she could find love, have sex again, basically enjoy one of the most wonderful things about life. That she could still experience that. It pisses me off, because she robbed TA of it, and I feel likewise she does not deserve to make love or love someone again.

There are some sick ****s out there. A lot of those sickos don't end up in jail. Instead, they end up pursuing relationships with the worst kind.

Richard Ramirez... had a huge fanbase. He ended up marrying one of his fans.

Ted Bundy had sex with the dead bodies of his victims, and yet someone loved him enough to marry him while he was serving time.

Susan Smith... she has had sexual relationships with not one but TWO guards.

And that is just to name a few. If Jodi is given LWOP she will, as others have said, adapt to it, and start a new life. She may even get married. She can continue her art. People will be interested. They will be fascinated. She doesn't deserve any of that. She does not deserve to love, to have relationships, to write, paint, laugh, love, live, etc. Really, I feel quite emotional about the subject. But there is something about her smug attitude that especially rubs me the wrong way. If she is given LWOP it will almost be like (to me) she got away with her crime.

With respect to the woman who married and had a child with Ted Bundy - she knew him from his earlier days when he was a political wonder back in the state of Washington. She was truly taken in (as were older and more astute people/politicians) by TB and fancied herself in love with him. As soon as she realized and accepted the truth as to who the "real" TB was, she disappeared from the scene (Florida) - taking her son and their daughter far, far, away from the presence of TB.

As much as I do not want JA to experience any fans clubs, continuing media interviews and/or notoriety, virtual lovers/husbands. etc., as long as she is in with LWOP, there is a strong possibility, a decided possibility of all or some of this happening. However, I do not find any of this a justifiable reason to opt for the DP. The decision to decide for the DP must stand on the facts of the murder of TA.
