Sorry for keeping it OT, my laptop is a Toshiba. The top row of keys are smaller than the others and have little icons, symbols on them. The first is a question mark...I have never taken the time to check em out.

My Toshiba is 4 years old and I NEVER realized I had 12 function keys on the top row until this WS discussion popped up today. I bet they do lots of wonderful time-saving things and I need to find out. Come to think of it, I'm seeing a lot of mystery keys. What the heck is a "PRTSCSYSRQ?" After all the time I spend on true crime forums, you'd think I'd be more observant and curious. Apparently I'd make a lousy eye witness.

The docket is newly showing trial listed under Case Documents but not under Calendar. A juror had requested tomorrow off. Someone said earlier there's no request for hearing tomorrow but I don't know if that has to appear in heard for Counsel to meet perhaps re outstanding motions??

Jodi may call herself a photographer, but I guarantee you she is no techie.

Back in 2008, she may not have known the SD cards remain intact. Honestly, most people who are not computer techies would not know this imo.

I really waffle on this one. I've even considered that she may have had full intentions of taking the camera with her, but wanted to destroy any DNA on it first. In her rush to get out before someone came home she forgot it in the washing machine...talk about overthinking something lol.

I think she didn't take the camera with her because she thought she had destroyed any evidence of her being there when she tossed it in the washer. Maybe she was clever enough to know pictures can be retrieved from the camera after they're deleted, so she (being Einstein) thought she could destroy the photo evidence by putting it in the washer with bleach.

Hello. I am trying to get caught up on the trial and I was viewing Day 47. Juan talked about that Alice. I am trying to read in between the lines. It SEEMS like Juan is saying that Juan caught Alice in some huge lie or misconduct, and in some private hearing in front of the judge, that Alice got very upset. Would somebody please private message me and fill me in on details. Is this when Alice got heart fluttering and went to an emergency room??? What WHAT did Juan find out about Alice???????????????? I would not be at all surprised if Juan unearthed some serious, high level misconduct on the part of Alice. tyia

That doesn't make any sense. She could've taken the entire box with her. She JUST killed someone. How hard would it have been to take a 12 ounce camera and its packagin in comparison to killing someone?

I hardly doubt his missing camera would've been noticed within the first couple of days anyway. If anything she could've staged this as a burglary and taken his laptop and other electronics.

I just don't think she was thinking THAT far ahead with thoughts of:
'Stolen camera = Jodi Arias'.
Remember she had no idea if his neighbors had surveillance cameras on or that the red light cameras (which she mentioned) caught a glimpse of her in Mesa.
She was totally winging and wishing. Unless we have this all wrong and it was nothing like how we think it went down. Perhaps she did come in as an intruder wearing ski masks etc.
Am I the only one who gets a headache when thinking about this event? My brain hurts.

Because maybe if LE found his camera in her possession, they would think that she did it?! Because she already had a gun and knife to dispose of. Using that theory, I guess she should have taken the towel and sheets with her DNA on it as well.

I believe she had a plan to take care of the DNA - and didn't anticipate having a bloody finger. Bleach, washing machine, check. Pics were already manually deleted.

I undersand what you're saying. My BF is not circumcised and it looks more hooded when flacid compared to an erection. However, I can still tell a cut vs uncut one. Sorry, just discussing, not trying sound nasty.

But when aroused, most penis' of uncircumsized men are NOT hooded. Most noticeable when flaccid, but not when erect. Some people would never know cut or uncut if looking at an erect appendage.

None of us know the variables at the time of the murder, There could have been severe time constraints that prevented Jodi from staging a burglary (she needed to break down a door or smash a window to make it look legit). Whatever the case, Jodi did intend to leave the camera behind. There can be no argument to the contrary. The last three pictures were manually deleted at the house. That's hard proof right there. People will just have to accept it and quit thinking that Jodi is some kind of female Lex Luther.

I worry that so many people have a problem with this. That means the jury may be having a problem with it too which could mean that they are buying the FOG explanation.
