Well, interesting, Tricia's radio show got trolled tonite by a bunch of teenage level nutballs claiming Jodi was connected to "Bigfoot". I guess Jodi isn't the only one who tests in as a petulant snarky adolescent.

Here's my theory re the faceless man who testified.

When he testified he said that he and JA had separate rooms. <--red flag #1

When he testified he sounded very scared of JA <--red flag #2

JA claimed Travis was a pedo <--total bs - red flag #3

JA took pictures of her 4 year "boyfriend" without his knowledge <--red flag #4

Add them all up and you get the faceless man terrified JA is going to out him as something she called Travis.

i'd like to add he sounded like he was gulping and ready to cry when he said yes to juan about the gas cans to mesa. like 'omg i need to move and change my name now'. kinda like red flag #2 but in more detail.

i kinda felt bad for the poor guy. in a way. but not really.

Looking at that 'clean up' again, I noticed something I never considered before. Seems like the easiest place to clean would have been the sink area, but there is no evidence of any there.

Yes, and the evidence she left there has turned out to be quite damning IMO. It gives great strength to the premediation argument. Travis obviously stood at that sink after she had inflected a life threatening injury. She inflicted another ( the second or third depending on your order-of-injuries position) life threatening injury in the hallway = premeditation.
Of course, I believe she began planning Travis's murder long before June 4th.

Contempt of court for ALV IF she wouldn't answer one simple question about an IM between TA and Reagan and being afraid of JA's stalking behavior. ALV tried her best to "protect" JA. That was not ever, ever her job.

I can't wait to see what the sealed records have to say about those closed door hearings with ALV. My suspicion is more around the her talking to the media DURING her testimony stuff (ER, "stalked" etc) . Just a hunch.

Only reason I know the card would be okay is because I once watched a show on TV where a man found a camera while fishing ... Found the photos and tracked down the owner using the photos.

I have taken photography classes as part of my journalism curriculum and because I was interested in photography and photojournalism. Before this trial I had no idea deleted photos could be retreived from a water-logged SD card. It makes sense, but in Jodi's position it's not something I would have thought about. She probably thought they were gone forever, as most people would. She wasn't even a semi pro. She was an amateur who liked to take pics to feed her naricissism. And no, her photography is not all that. Her composition is amatuerish.

i have not seen one good photograph taken buy her (the ones she took of travis previously were lit horribly, no rules in how to frame the subject). i've seen many OF her. not sure if she used a tripod on timer on those, i wouldn't be suprised. she is a good artist, but i wouldn't call her a pro photographer.

Hey, I am of the group who thinks she might have had help in killing and/or cleaning and the get away. So.......my mind hasn't been satisfied based on what's been presented as to HOW that day played out or what was on her mind afterward.

I am so intrigued by everyone's suggestions and theories here. However, I believe in my soul that if JA had help or an accomplice, she would have turned on them in a NY minute when she was arrested. She is so self-centered and narcissistic = look at the character assassination she has cooked up regarding Travis. She cares for no one but herself and now she is pulling every dirty trick to save her rotten life. She is a bad seed and needs to be dealt with in the harshest measures possible.

The defense team has never, ever suggested that JA had help. Not once. No evidence of any other person there, per DNA, blood, fingerprints, break in, etc. Zip and nada. JA slaughtered TA all by herself. IMO

IIRC, they didn't have separate bedrooms until after she attended the PPL conference and started to see missionaries from the Mormon Church. He claimed that she was saving her self for marriage and moved into another bedroom.

But the other 3, definitely red flags. He said she would take pictures without him knowing, thats pretty darn telling she could do it again. Probably did a lot of pictures that way.

I'm fairly sure that after inflicting the gruesome carnage that she did, she was not thinking clearly. "Delete pictures!" Panic "clean body" panic..."I gotta get out of here!" ...panic..."gather laundry"....panic...she was not running thru a CSI/Dexter/Nancy Grace episode in her head. She actually committed the unimaginable ...in real life.

She killed him. In an extremely heinous way. Over thinking this is only going to drive everyone nuts and give the DT more ideas for mistrial motions.

Peace for the Victims. Punishment-not fame-for the guilty.

Nope cuz at one point ALV said "He said.." and JM interrupted her and said "I don't want to know what he said I want you to answer the question." or something like that.

I thought that was because the judge had ruled against TA's actual words from that conversation being admitted into evidence. I don't know that was the ruling--just the way the questioning flowed that left me with that impression.

I appreciate all of the comments here, even the ones that are contrary to mine.

I know we are all passionate about the speculative data, but I think we need to do a better job at being respectful to those who have differing opinions.

I'm only speaking about unknowns, not facts that are in evidence or otherwise proven as fact. I think we sometimes forget that we should say things in the same manner as what we would speak to each other face-to-face.

These aren't just words on a computer screen. Real people are contributing here, and should have an expectation of respectful debate.

THIS is what really worries me though. I fear that the jury will take her stupidity surrounding the crime and say "well she doesn't really sound like a criminal," so maybe there's more to this story. Oh, and since we're not really sure what happened b/c she's just so stupid and made so many stupid mistakes, we'll give her life in prison instead.

I was flipping through the channels on the tube the other night when I could not sleep and the opening song for Frazier came on.... I flipped that channel so fast....lol

LoL, that song came into my head as soon as the whole TS thing was discussed! I'll be forever traumatized and unable to watch Frasier again!
