I just re-listened to Daryl Brewers' testimony last night. I admit to being half asleep but if my memory serves me correctly hehe that was last night..
he said that they had separate rooms because they both had furniture and stuff , but that they mostly slept together in the same room...this was in response to the question of if they had separate rooms due to him having a young son in the house... hope i am not telling you wrong..
The sex between them stopped around the time of her meeting the PPl people and the missionaries coming to their home...that was when Jodi informed him she was saving herself for marriage..

Thank you! That's what I heard as well. Tho in fairness to momof7:seeya:, there is so much in this trial to remember none of us can remember everything. LOL

So that raised a red flag straight away. Who moves in with a boyfriend and has separate rooms? BS meter went haywire when he testified.

Homosexuals and Lesbians do not bother me at all. I know a few and I find them to be mostly very delightful. (geeze, I can't believe I'm saying the word delightful) But....I do have a harder time looking at men having sex than woman. I have an equally hard time looking at naked men in like a Playgirl magazine. Not because it's gross or anything. No offense to men here or anywhere, but men look kind of stupid to me posing naked wearing boots with their foot propped up on a rock. Women look more natural. I can't explain why I think that at all.

i know what you mean. i am a hetero woman and think women's bodies are like art - mostly because females can be presented fluidly and ethereal. men look great when they are wearing jeans and shirtless, but their junk just isn't artistic at all. lol. no offense to men. i love them. i love their junk. i just don't find it exciting in photos.

No thanks!! I'm having lens implanted behind my cornea so I can do away with my eye wear. I don't want any thing of hers! We had several of Jeffery Dahmers signatures, from the Ambrosia Choc factory. When he hit the news we went through all of our paperwork and burned them. I never met him but the other workers there warned hubby that he was weird. Hubby met him though.

Kudos for doing that. Many people would have cashed in on what you had the scruples to destroy. I can't wait for the day when JA's 15 minutes of fame are up and her so called "art" is about as worthless as a used piece of toilet paper, um kind of like her (in her own words of course) :floorlaugh:.

She used a plastic cup, left in the shower (see crime scene photos). The boxes just wicked up the moisture. No water was left running.

My belief is that she used the water and cup and towel to try and obliterate footprints that she left behind both during the struggle and crime scene cleanup. If she had footprint/shoeprint/sockprint outlines behind, LE could easily compare that to her footsize. MOO!

I was just watching videos on youtube and came across a Sheriff Joe Arpaio saying that when ja is convicted she will be eligible for his all female chain gang and that is where he intends to put her. :floorlaugh: just a bit late for that I would think! AND she played with Travis days after she met him. I think it was JA's way of telling DB that she had her sights on sex with someone else and she was no longer interested in him - sexually but didn't have the guts to say it.

I have taken photography classes as part of my journalism curriculum and because I was interested in photography and photojournalism. Before this trial I had no idea deleted photos could be retreived from a water-logged SD card. It makes sense, but in Jodi's position it's not something I would have thought about. She probably thought they were gone forever, as most people would. She wasn't even a semi pro. She was an amateur who liked to take pics to feed her naricissism. And no, her photography is not all that. Her composition is amatuerish.

ITA with this. I really think that Jodi thought deleting the pictures + putting it in the washing machine was enough to make all the evidence go away. She was not some savvy pro photographer who would know how to retrieve deleted pictures off of a memory card IMO.

THIS is what really worries me though. I fear that the jury will take her stupidity surrounding the crime and say "well she doesn't really sound like a criminal," so maybe there's more to this story. Oh, and since we're not really sure what happened b/c she's just so stupid and made so many stupid mistakes, we'll give her life in prison instead.

Hi,I have hoped she will get the death penalty all along. I'm also thinking now it might be rewarding to see her in GP, getting the carp knocked out of her and she will. She will be a nobody coming in there except for some who may be making plans for her future. The LE. cant knock her around but those women will!! I am not a violent person but after what she did to Travis I will hope to see the day someone knocks her on her overused a$$ and knocks her freakin' teeth out. He did not deserve this and it is a crime to cry about ! I know I have. :furious:

Some of you are looking at this crime through "normal" eyes....you're assuming JA would react as you would (or a movie/tv show) at a murder scene.

I'm fairly sure that after inflicting the gruesome carnage that she did, she was not thinking clearly. "Delete pictures!" Panic "clean body" panic..."I gotta get out of here!" ...panic..."gather laundry"....panic...she was not running thru a CSI/Dexter/Nancy Grace episode in her head. She actually committed the unimaginable ...in real life.

She killed him. In an extremely heinous way. Over thinking this is only going to drive everyone nuts and give the DT more ideas for mistrial motions.

The Penis pic with the finger nails that do not look like TA, but DB fingers. Since the DT brought that stupid eyeball pic in that you can not tell anything IMHO, JM should show that pic of the fingernails...as IT WOULD LOOK BAD THAT THE JURY DOES NOT BELIEVE IT IS TA FINGERNAIL....PLUS the fact that the DT is submitting a bogus picture.....since THEY ARE ALSO BELIEVING JA word that SHE is not lying to them. As NG says....to me that would be a BOMBSHELL. Jury sees it does not look like TA fingernails, the DT this as evidence...and on top of this, it MIGHT show that JA has now lied to her own team about that Photo. So they would look really stupid on that

I just watched the video when DB was on the stand and his fingers and fingernails are very distinctive. In the picture someone posted on here regarding the penis photo, they showed Travis and DB's hands and it looks like DB's hand in the penis photo.

I concur that the picture that Travis ALLEGEDLY sent to Arias of his UNIT was a complete LIE. Go figure. Would it be possible for Arias to have hacked into Travis's phone, email and sent that pic like it was coming from Travis to her phone? Would that be possible? I know she has told just SO SO many lies, that trying to prove each and every one of them would be a daunting task as well as there would really be NO way to prove that was DB's which we all pretty much agree was his and NOT Travis's unit.

I am trying to figure out why Mr. Martinez is having the Computer Expert coming back on rebuttal, if it doesn't have something to do with Arias hacking into Travis's stuff and fraudulently sending herself incriminating things like Travis sent them.
