I think it would be hard to be home and not watch any of this
are talk to my family about it are maybe it's what they don't suppose to do so they just don't do it....What's you input on it ?

I think the biggest problem would be eating out and someone talking about it, how would you deal with the next table over talking about the case which is so big locally.
Also going to the store and seeing newspapers. So I guess IMO the jury knows more than what is happening in court.

The medical examiner testified that the bullet, that Jodi has admitted firing into the head of Travis Alexander, resulted in the exploding of the frontal lobes of Mr. Alexander’s brain. According to the medical examiner’s testimony, within seconds of having had his throat cut, Mr. Alexander would have been rendered unconscious and thus no longer a threat to Ms. Arias. In essence, Jodi Arias killed Travis Alexander three times. Any one time would have been sufficient to render Travis Alexander a harmless threat to Ms. Arias.

Considering the M.E.'s testimony and the defensive wounds the jury should take about 1 minute to decide that the stabbing was first? Yes!

Makes you wonder if she did try to plant some kind of weirdness on his computer, but according to her, his computer wouldn't open images from her disks and gave him a virus warning, or some warning from his antivirus software. Who knows what happened that day, other than her killing him mercilessly.

I'm quite sure I read--- the autopsy indicated he hadn't ejaculated prior to his death. But I've read so much, I'm not certain if that was someone's opinion or if it was indeed noted by the coroner.

Here's AZ's longest Death Row inmate. If it doesn't go to AZ corrections type in Atwwod for the last name type in Frank Jarvis Atwood, 8 year old involved. He's been on DR since 1987. I want to see a resolve as I remember this horrible crime when it happened.

Appeals seem to be the major cost & hang up for a swift and just crime involving the DP.

If we are going to have the DP, I'd say do it swiftly. Not this appeal process that goes on for 20 plus years, pushing 30 sometimes...I'm not for either LWOP or DP as they are written and carried out but if that's all we have now, that's all we have. Unbalanced justice. (if you get LWOP, you get to talk & socialize, if you get the DP, you get one hour per day alone & three showers a week and a few minutes for phone calls & this can last for years upon years,

That's not the DP, just a fact we all face one day of growing older (death that is, not shower time etc...) jmo

Someone posted a video in this thread that included an image of the police report of the burglary at her grandparent's home. The .25 caliber gun that was reported stolen was loaded with jacketed hollow point bullets. Very damaging bullets.

Yes, I do absolutely believe they had sex that day.

He enjoyed the sex he had with Jodi. It was her one redeeming quality. He likes sex and its not like he had lots of other options. Being Mormon kinda makes normal evolutionary biological needs wrong outside of marriage.

I do think Travis suffers from that whole Madonna - thing. I don't believe they immediately, upon dating had sexual relations..... as Jodi claims. I think he viewed her much differently after they had sex and by then he was hooked. She was like a 14 year old boys fantasy come true.

So with all this anal talk - I'm guessing there's no court today I'm not too sure why it's being debated the dilation of the anus... I hate to break it to anyone who thinks it's only caused by having a BM but that's false sweetie. I watched the JA 48 hour's episode last night - I suggest if you've not watched it in awhile to do so. I think I figured out how to notice when she's lying (at least concerning things she's making up as she goes). Anything she's practiced she's very matter of fact but stuff she's winging isn't not so matter of fact. She uses the terms:
