What did the neighbor(s) hear?

The great piece of evidence Papa posted from youtube was uploaded on Feb 22, 2009....in case the date becomes relevant later.

If this whole thing occurred after 2:00am, the body has to be very close, or was very close and moved again.

rc and misty were under pretty close scrutiny in those first few days, so other people involved would have had to play a part. BUT if the crime occurred early, Haliegh could be anywhere.

I still think this pink shirt is a big clue....and I don't think it was found in the laundry. IF her shorts were next to the bed and Haleigh took them off because she doesn't like clothes, then she probably removed her shirt at the same time. Her pink shirt may have been scooped up with her and fell from the blanket....outside.

There had to be a fight of humoungous proportions that day in that MH. I bet it happened earlier. I also think TN saying she sent a family member over there was because of the fight. Imagine that...she couldn't even concede the fact that it was her mother....or was it?

Misty taking off and getting drugs is what started all this...

By 2:00am, things were really blustering..and misty was panicking.

Hey, Whisp, maybe TN sent a family member over that day but they gave the wrong time to throw police off. What if GMS went there at about 2a because something had happened to Haleigh? I believe that TN was there before police arrived, which is why when she was supposedly called by her son, it took her only 5 mins. to get there. She knew something had already happened to Haleigh which is why she was there so fast with picture in hand. I wonder if the picture came from TN or GMS home?

What if it was TN or GMS who the neighbor heard screaming.

If GMA were called (and I beleive she was), the first person her on TN would have asked for help is Donald...imo.

Since TN did not live nearby, it was going to take her time to get there....so had to solicit help.

As I have always believed this clue about the yelling around 2:00 am certainy plays into Haleighs disappearence and thankyou Papa for finding that video with the reporter.

I still do not feel that GGS or TN are involved in this mess, I think they were fed a bunch of malarkey and wanted to believe it and did just that, that is why they come of somewhat hinky in this mess ... but of course it is only my opinion and I have many for this case, pure speculation ...

Feb is right around the corner and I feel some answers are on there way ....

And now we have conclusive words that a neighbor heard "something"...which means misty was not asleep or not at home and another female was yelling

After reviewing some articles from Fox news, I have to conclude that something was found nearby and LE is keeping it top secret. My guess is the pink shirt. I posted the link under the searches thread.

I realize this is OT from the neighbors heard yelling. When they heard yelling could be related to what was found nearby and where Haleigh was at one time...IDK. At some point Haleigh was in those woods nearby the house...imo

I know it does seem utterly odd coincidence imo as well, she could have been alerted earlier that Haleigh was missing for sure either Ron or even Misty calling her before LE. God only knows what a parent would do to protect their children, I just think that TN would not go as far as to help cover up something or someone who had harmed Haleigh if she knew ...

I do believe the Tyler call and the yelling at 2:00 am and the loud car around the same time tie in to this mess ...

If Haleigh had passed in that house, there would be evidence. I am not sure though if she drowned their would by any. We know that there was no body laying in that house for any length of time though.

It is possible she was drowned and wrapped in a blanket, maybe the one from the bedroom window...she may have been moved to the woods temporarily...then later transported by vehicle. Maybe the yelling was by misty saying, "what was I supposed to do?"..

Misty would have bricked the door to carry Haleigh out. She later may have come back and cleaned the floors of water, washed blankets...IDK...just rambling here..

We still have no confirmation on who was yelling just the usual suspect.

Still TN, if called earlier, nullifies everything rc and misty stated because that means they knew of a problem for a matter of minutes to hours before LE was notified. We already know that misty called somebody else before LE and it wasn't rc. So did rc also call someone else prior to 911? I say "YES".

Thank you for finding that video! They said it was a "woman screaming". That leaves so many questions in my mind. I so wish LE would give us SOMETHING. It has been way too long and dang it, we want to help!

I think that the neighbor heard a commotion and cars being banged up. What about the vehicle that was spotted by the train tracks?

I believe there was a car chase and multiple vehicles were involved. My guess would be, the chase included Ron's altima, Hanks Jr red truck, and Timmy's blue van at least.

Which also tells me that the argument that Misty and Ron had earlier that evening , escalated when Ron got home (before 3a) and Misty called on her peeps to come do damage control. When they arrived Ron gave them a run for their money.

Hank was giving a high bond for information about the case
and Lisa Croslin was giving a high bond for information about the case
LE went out of town to talk to Timmy and Jo.

IMO, that's because they were all involved in what happened to Haleigh. Not saying that they physically harmed Haleigh but they were part of the altercation that did lead to Haleigh being harmed. Therefore, if one breaks they will all go down.....soooo...NOBODY TALKS.

IMO the woman screaming at 2:00 was in fact Misty. She might have been out, just arrived home and found Haleigh deceased with RC there. RC, after trying to locate Misty by phone, slipped out of work unnoticed. He may have discovered the kids alone, Haleigh asleep in a pee drenched bed and took out all of his frustration on her. He went too far. They then did a rapid clean up. Ron disposing of Haleigh, Misty cleaning the mh, and both putting together the abduction story. This would fit into the statement by Jr. that a man in black took Haleigh (Ron in uniform). It would also explain why Tommy could not get an answer when he knocked on the mh door (Misty not there and the kids in a deep, sound sleep). After Ron disposed of Haleigh, he made a quick trip to the store where he was caught on tape. The information that Haleigh was last seen at 2:00 am could simply have been Misty telling the people on Tyler who in turn told LE that time, which later had to be moved up to 10:00 because Ron really was at werk (and could be verified) earlier in the night. The most important fact for Misty to remember was that Ron was not there because he was at werk and therefore a completely innocent party. We know how often he repeated this "alibi", over and over again to the point of suspicion. I think that Misty was and still is "scared silent".

I thought that Misty had mentioned that she had called her mother at sometime prior to the 911 call.

It would be interesting to hear from the neighbors with the lattice porch. At one time I heard they had an infant and that there was a lot of action at 202 Green lane at night time.They moved within two weeks after of the crime. This is another example of nobody tracking them down and if they did THEY are NOT talking.

Is it out of fear or at police request?

I would like to hear those answers myself!

This neighbor hearing the yelling just seals this for me. misty/and or ron are definitely hiding the facts to this case and have done so since the first day and all of their interview. rc and tn insisted that misty was home all night, yet both knew that rc was calling looking for her...first coverup and tn is right there. She owned the cell phones and paid the bill; she knew exactly who was called.

If she ever did work dispatch, she also would know what to do and say about the cell calls/phones and police 911. She is pretty savvy in the ways around the law. She speaks in generalities and tries very hard not to get pinned down. I wish the neighbor who reported the yelling would have come forth at the beginning and discredited them. Why all the secrecy? I think this has done more harm than good with this case.

But if this were true, wouldn't the lie detector test Ron was given be a 'fail'?
He isn't a suspect.

:banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead: GRRRRRRRRR. This case is so frustrating. I wish that the reporters were as determined as they were during Caylee Anthony's case. I would really like to hear what the AC man has to say, Ron's co-workers have to say and what Ron's neighbors heard and saw that night. There have been several reports that neighbors had commented that there was a lot of traffic coming and going on Green Lane that night. It is beginning to really make sense that Misty had at least a couple of visitors and that GGMS visited too. We still don't know if Ron came home during this time. Or if TN was there earlier than she stated. I feel like we could actually get somewhere if we knew just a bit more............
