Perhaps Jonah and Adam haven't spoken publicly because they don't really care what people that don't know them think. Nothing sinister about that. I really don't blame them at ALL.

Perhaps Dina is blaming RZ because she truly believes there was something not right about Max's accident, and believes that RZ knew more than she was saying to her OR Jonah.

AS will never be investigated for the death of RZ because 1), there is no physical evidence to tie him to the crime (pun intended), and 2), RZ committed suicide and there is plenty of physical evidence to prove that, IMO.

I think their attorneys have advised silence. Pretty standard advice if they anticipate civil lawsuits and I think DS will be filing one.

Wonder why Dina's attorney hasn't (presumably) advised silence?

Nothing Dina has said publicly in the last 2 months, imo, is persuasive for a jury to find in her favor in a civil suit.

But the public relations firm keeps trying....and trying......

Their motto-- if they say it enough, it will be true...eventually.

According to reports pieced together from several sources, between 6 and 7 a.m. on Monday, July 11, the twice-divorced Shacknai and his 6-year-old son, Max, drove his other children—Ethan, 13, and Gabby, 14—to the San Diego airport for a flight to Phoenix, where they were meeting their mother.

The Daily Beast article is not evidence. It is obviously a PR piece written by Jonah's dream team who spun the fabulous fable of Jonah's dream alibi.

There was nothing in that article to substantiate the claims that the older children were not at home when Max had the accident. If there were any actual proof to substantiate that it would have been released by now if for no other reason than to quell the speculation.

Imo, the older children were probably there and that is why the issue has not been put to rest as of yet.

And coupled with the fact that all articles that i saw stating there were other children at the mansion the morning of MS' terrible fall have been redacted just solidifies your last statement IMO.

Prchal said he is friends with Shacknai's eldest daughter, 14-year-old Gabriele. He said he has talked with her several times since the death at her father's home, mostly to make sure she is OK.

Prchal said Gabriele has not talked a lot about Zahau's death or the injury to her 6-year-old brother. "It's kind of intimate," he said. "She doesn't want to talk about them."

Gabriele was in Coronado until Monday morning, when she returned to her South Carolina home, Prchal said. She was gone by the time emergency crews responded to calls that her brother had fallen near the mansion's grand interior staircase.

BBM both up and down

The article states........"according to reports pieced together from several sources.... - those sources needed to be named IMO for this to be validation of ANYTHING.

BBM. Yes, it clearly states "gone by the time emergency crews arrived". Some have indicated that emergency crews were not called immediately. I have no link for that statement at the moment but it has been in contention by some. Who is to say that any number of people were at the scene and then were gone if emergency services were not called right away. Not stating that as my view - simply rebutting the article's statement.

From 19:16 to 19:39 on the recording:

Marty Rudoy says, “With respect to Max, umm, what was happening that morning is, Max and Xena, the sister, ah, woke…I’m sorry, Max and Rebecca woke Xena around 10:00 in the morning and they were going to go to the beach, that was the plan for the day to go to the beach. Umm, Xena went to her bathroom to shower and Max was sent to his room to clean it. He was cleaning his room."

And this is Rudoy saying Rebecca and Max woke XZ up. That they were going to spend the day at the beach. That XZ went to shower, maxie to clean his room.

That's all it says. Nothing more, nothing less.

What is DOESN'T say is that GS and ES were there.

The ABSENCE of information does not state all conditions or facts at that time. My opinion of course. It would be good to get this resolved one way or the other. I wonder why validation of the information has not been given by JS simply to put it to rest. I have some guesses.

Perhaps.

Or maybe Jonah will FINALLY clear that up with hard evidence.

For someone in the public eye (and especially during the last year with his company under consideration as a major acquisition by another pharma company) one would think he would want to quash all rumors out there regarding his children. No response? Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm

From Nina Romano's interview:

So we got in the car. The first thing I said was – Rebecca what happened? I said I got different pieces – I don’t understand this. She was driving to the hospital – which I have – was under the impression she had already been to? And I said what happened – I don’t understand I heard Maxie was walking up the stairs and he had a cardiac arrest? I said – I – that makes no sense to me. I said he is six years old – he’s a healthy boy – he, he plays soccer – he plays sports – I don’t understand. And then she looked at me and she said – I KNOW. And that was it. And I said – um okay – well, where did he fall from? Did he fall from the first of the stairs – the middle landing – the next set of stairs going up the top landing by the bedroom – where did he fall from? She said twice – he fell from the bedroom – he fell from the bedroom. And I looked at her and I said – well – how do you know that? I – I thought you didn’t see him? No answer. (inaudible) Then she said – are you good with directions – and she handed me her cell phone. And it caught me off guard and I said – well I guess – if it tells me where to go – talking about the phone – she was getting lost going to the hospital. (inaudible) she would not speak about the accident again. Not one word.

It's clear to me Rudoy was speaking about Max and the intended plans he, XZ and Rebecca had for the day.

Just because he doesn't say "Oh yeah and Maxie's older siblings were collecting all their belongings as they were flying out early afternoon...or whatever..." does not mean they were not there.

He was speaking to what Maxie's plans were.

JMO.
