What has ICA told the DT and what do they believe?

IIRC it came from George Anthony, when he was first interviewed by LE.
He did not like or trust JB from the start and was discussing this when they asked how she came to hire him- GA said someone in the jail recommended him to her and she supposedly told him she had $1400 cash up front to give him - with several thousands more in the bank- at that point GA says as far as I know she has no money, well apart from stealing from me and my wife (paraphrasing here).

I think it is in his 2nd interview with LE, the one with John Allen and Yuri Melich. I watched it again the other day after the "agent of the state" hearing.

Agree with the majority of what you have said so well, however I do think initially JB thought ICA was innocent and was quite taken with her initially in a flirty kind of a way, and because the case got huge very fast.

But I think when the baby's body was found - JB had an epiphany, despite any of ICA's denials. The relationship between those two has changed dramatically over the last two years and he almost never visits her in the jail. He sends everyone but himself.

I also think Ms Lyon(s) knew she was guilty, as clearly does CM. However neither one of those people believes in the death penalty.

Have to agree with you, I think Baez initially believed accident and now knows better - Baez doesn't not want to spend any more time with her than he has to, you only have to look at the jail visitations to see that. I've got them all printed out and it is so interesting to see those visits dwindle to barely nothing. Mason has what, visited ICA twice in jail the whole time? Mason also states she is a "nice human being", now I'd say that about my postman not someone I was defending for murder if I was trying to sway perceptions in the public. Mason knows, he's defended many capital cases and I don't think ICA can pull the wool over his eyes.

Remember Ms Lyon calling ICA a "deviant mother" in one of the death penalty hearings on 28 May 2010, Andrea bowed out a month later - I still think she was dumped by the team for that fiasco of a hearing.

I believe they all think she did it but that she doesn't deserve to die, as Kenny Baden keeps saying the death penalty should be reserved for the worst of the worst - somehow they don't believe that ICA fits into the definition of the worst of the worst. I don't know if any of them want her wandering the streets procreating again, you'd like to think not, I'm sure they are hoping for LWOP.

They were originally like two school kids from what I could see. Then (from what I have read) after the "tongue sticking out gag" and the "iphone lesson" hearing there was an in-camera session with HHJP, DT, SAs, ICA and then they were furious with one another?

I don't believe anyone knows the whole truth of what actually happened to Caylee, except Casey herself. However, she may have told them something along the lines of an accident to try to mitigate her responsibility, along with other untruths regarding her parents, again to try to help herself. MOO

ITA. ICA will never, ever tell the whole truth of how she killed Caylee. In fact I am ceratin that she has not even told the DT one grain of truth as to what she did to Caylee. I am absolutely certain of it. She is manipulative and cunning, and all I can see is her whipping up another humongous whopper of a story to sell the DT. The more I think about it the more sure that I am that all of the ltter writing was a set up for her to sell her story.

It does appear that way after his comment to her today re: her behaving like a two year old. Then, not to prove him wrong, she chooses not to sit next to him afterward. I can't imagine what will happen during the trial........

Just a theory - IMHO I think the DT is going to say ICA made up the z-t-n story in an effort to protect George - the one who really killed Caylee Marie Anthony. They may come up with some -a-bull story that George accidentally left the pool ladder on, and Caylee Marie was found passed. They then concocted a story for her to say (and him) that they both left that day. She then hides the body and tries to stay away from mummy.

Do you wonder why GA never made that many calls to ICA while she was on the lam?

It seems SO far fetched, but at this point I would put it past the DT.

Funny! I just said the exact same theory the other day to my fellow Facebook friends.....IMO.....ICA is protecting GA.....why? Who knows....But this story has so many twists and turns I don't think any of us will ever know the truth...

So at this time, I can't think of anything that ICA was actually the truth, other than when she confessed to the check charge case. And she only did that because she was caught on camera.

Since CMason is alluding to an awful accident...I think she told them Caylee accidently drowned in the pool....but IMHO, the duct tape removes all doubt of an accident...JMHO

You are so spot on! I can only think the DT will say that there's no proof the body was there when ICA was arrested and placed there after the fact, and it was a kidnapping. Where else can they go with it? Gonna be kind hard though to talk away that pesky link to the house though.
