What is the most vexing true crime case in your life? What is the one case that you need to know how it ends?

Some cases that I've studied over the years, I've formed an opinion as to what happened, making them in my eyes what I call, "unofficially solved". I have a feeling that Brian Shaffer is still out there living under a new name but I'd REALLY like to know for sure. It's one of the most mysterious cases ever IMO.

I would love to know what happened to Suzy Lamplugh and for her to be found as well.

1A Lane Bryant mass murder
1B Las Cruces Bowling Alley Massacre.

These 2 cases have kept me up for many hours over the years.

Heavily pregnant Amanda Jones, 2005 St. Louis. Believed to have been killed by the father of her baby, Bryan Westphal, and buried on his family's vast property. Justice for Amanda and her son!

The case of a young girl found decapitated in an abandoned building in St Louis, MO in 1983.

Maybe because the case was handled so oddly at the time. Evidence sent to a psychic and subsequently lost. It’s just so incredibly sad. I’d love to see this case solved, though it seems impossible.

It's solved, but Sarah and Amina Said. Just...everyone in the girls' lives failed them. Sydney West- I'm sure she's in the bay somewhere but I'd love for at least her remains to be found. Summer Wells- I'd love to just get some type of closure and find out who the @!$#% is responsible.
I can't believe I forgot Thomas Brown in Texas. That one is just maddening.

I think about HaLeigh Cummings often. Myself, I guess I’ve come to accept that she was put in the river and will never be recovered, but I still hold out hope that we’ll one day find out what happened and that someone will be held accountable.

For me, it is Jon Benet'. There are so many answers that make no sense. So many mistakes made in the initial investigation. Why did the Ramsey's lawyer up. Yet answer no questions? They seemed to ignore Burke as far as sending him back to school like nothing had happened. The whole case is off. It is like they know the answer, but are afraid of the question.
