I completely agree with Elementary with the very good analysis of the letters. Casey's sucking her in with sympathy and flattery. I believe Casey knows the letters will get out to the public so she's manipulating it all back to herself with hopes to gain sympathy of a future jury pool while getting back at her family and even Jesse for some reason. The bit about Jesse and his Dad was kind of telling IMO. It's almost seems that she blames the Dad for not wanting them to live together before marriage and Jesse for not standing up to him. Maybe she feels that if they had, none of this would have happened. Just someone to blame probably.

Funny how she "forgives" her daughter's killer, yet she holds such a grudge against everyone that's actually been forthcoming with the police. Anyone that's ever said anything about KC or her character, becomes the "enemy".

That's because she's forgiving herself And later saying she's "content" and that Caylee won't know heartache,etc- KC, in her mind, is setting herself up as the martyr and victim along with Caylee! I just wonder if somewhere in her mind-she has deemed Caylee's murder as a mercy killing. I can see, in her twisted head, KC feeling like she saved Caylee and is sacrificing herself for this unselfish act!:furious:

One thing that lies beneath is insincerity in the extreme. Her writing is full of cliche' sayings, bible quotes, and nonsense that is in no way encouraging to a mother facing many many years without her children. There is an unparalleled shallowness in KC that shines in these letters. She is taking the promises of the Bible and trying to turn them into magic tricks. Seek and ye shall find...yeah, right, that's going to work for you isn't it KC? The one about God will never disappoint? I think in her small mind she thinks that means that she will get what she wants...that is hardly the way those promises/laws work...

She minimilizes Robyns plight along with her own...we will be out of here soon...we will be going on our RV trip soon...and on and on she does that throughout, as though the crimes that are hanging over them are inconsequential because by golly they are reading the Bible and trying to come to terms with the concepts...but KC is skipping MOST of the Bible and picking and choosing what gives her that feel good feeling...there IS also that reap what you sow thing...but THAT escapes her in favor of this frivolous and almost funny relationship with her new daddy GOD...How disrespectful is THAT? He says he is our Heavenly Father...but I sure never have seen HIM addressed as DADDY before. It's all so bizzaro! And really creepy too...suddenly, she, an accused murderer, is in the know with the creator of all and he is communicating with her through sneezes? It would be comical if a little baby named Caylee did not hang in the balance...

She was controlled by her mother. She was called a when she revealed the abuse. In the Media thread today there is a link to where her parents deny any abuse allegations and deny ever having been TOLD of any such abuse. Baez/the defense says the letters just show her love of her daughter and a desire for companionship which is natural given the circumstances and that she cannot wait for her day in the sun, I mean, in court, trial...

What's with the new "twist" to the story about giving Caylee to her for a few days so she could get things together? Let's see, things like beer, a shovel, lingerie?

What's perplexing to me is her absolute inability to feel anger, hatred, fear, whatever emotion that would be remotely understandable towards the "real" Zenaida. She's so quick to write that she feels deep in her heart that Zenaida had nothing to do with it, and doesn't blame her for not coming forward. Are you kidding me?

I used to think that these letters were deliberate and penned with the hopes of spinning waves of doubt out there. And maybe they were. But IF they were, she failed miserably. A person (you claim) takes your daughter and disappears and you don't blame her for not coming forward? Is she that devoid of normal emotion, that she can't even feign the simplest ones?

Here's a 500 page canvas to write every single thing you needed to tell LE that you claim they wouldn't listen to. But she chooses to write about snoopy snow cones and cool boots.

While the content of the letters is fodder for many posts, I don't understand why we are not seeing outrage that no video monitoring detected the contact between these two inmates, no one seems outraged and demanding accountability AND that the guard involved is on PAID leave.

What happened to clearing the room OR THE SHOWERS when she was in the area...

Whatever happened to what inmates do to others that harm children? Wasn't anyone afraid of letting another inmate in her cell with a pair of scissors to "cut her hair?"

I have only read about 20 pages. I don't know how so many of you have gotten further.

I find her handwriting extraordinary. I hope someone knowledgable will start a thread about her handwriting.

You know, when I am writing something and I am flipping out mad--(like she was about the Caylee name copyright thing) my handwriting would be different from when I am not flipping out mad. Her handwriting remains the same whether she is happy or mad. Very regular handwriting ---so much like she is---unflinching!

I KNOW what you all know about her--but she strikes me as a bit more intelligent than I originally thought. AND her handwriting--! wow. I think she would have made a very good draftsperson back in the old days before computers. She has the handwriting (printing) of an engineer. It is "rounder" than an engineer's would be--but it has to be the most regular handwriting I have ever seen!

Her handwriting combines "girliness", art-y-ness and uniformity. The fact that she prints instead of writes is quite telling in itself. I would imagine it is about control and compartmentalization. She doesn't use big flourishes (aside from the scroll-y "headlines"). Her handwriting shows some good qualities. I agree with many of you that (like her jailhouse tapes) a great deal of these letters are "orchestrated". The content and style, however, show that she is pretty happy where she is. Honestly, I think she *is* happy to be there! She has Seinfeld (a favorite show of mine) and The Count of Monte Cristo (a favorite book of mine)!

She definitely can "pass" as normal---I sort of see how she has been able to do that continually with the "good attitude" !!!

I've been plowing through the letters today (and taking time out because it's headache inducing), and have not read this thread yet. But I did want to add this because here's the perp laying on philosophical quotes about goodness, hubris, holiness and humility, and in the midst, the perp produces this anomalous quote, which describes her MO with anyone, IMO, to a "T":

Casey if full of very abnormal hatred towards any people who actually got involved in her life in anything more than just friendship, such as the Grund's and her entire family. Caylee was part of the family and very vulnerable. She used and abused all these people, so Caylee's death is not hard to imagine happening with so much hate and venom.

A lot females are abused no excuse, she had a mother who tried to help her daughter be a real human and take care of her child,who she made sure was clothed ,feed,and kept a roof over their heads.She choose to be a receptacle for those men,she was looking for a sucker to marry her so she could escape her parents house and be a stay at home mommy instead of having respect for herself her body and her child.I have always believed KC only got pregnant with Caylee because school was almost over and she did have a job til she got pregnant if not for the baby I am sure it was going to be time to have to get a jab and be responsible for herself.All I can say is I dont think 12 people or even 1 will believe her at all.She abused people I seriously doubt she was abused.If you look at her letters what she is saying are bits and parts of what all of us were saying when this first happened and we came up with all kinds of theories. think her and BOZO are very delusional if this is the best they can come up with.Remember how it spread like wild fires that was george or Lee was Caylees dad but turns out neither were.Hmmmmmm makes me wonder if Bozo is here planting ideas then trying to use what seemed to take off and catch the attention of sleuthers.Then showed KC on his lapton which things people were buying and put them in her letter.I guess when you have done the worse crime and most hate you and see you for what you are you grasp at anything........................:angel:

Read between the lines. It is how KC would like to be treated if she, herself were the Nanny. JMO
