All of the evidence has NOT been released. Last year, on the 10th Anniversary Special on 48 Hours....it was stated that there is a WHOLE WAREHOUSE full of evidence that has NOT even been gone through, yet. Now WHY do you suppose that is??

No my friend...I believe that it is YOU that has made a fool out of YOURSELF! At least I can provide links, when asked....to back up what I say. I have YET to see a reliable link...or one at all...that you have provided to prove your "invisible intruder" theory. You have YET...to tell us what you believe happened that night. Why did the intruder write such a long drawn out ransom note, and then not take her with him...for example? The clock is ticking...and I guess that it will keep ON ticking, because you have YET to post anything that makes sense at all. Call me a fool again, and I will report you..I haven't done it yet, but I will.

We don't think that it was INTENTIONAL, most but not necessarily all RDI's believe that Patsy did it un-intentionally. It was out of anger induced rage. She snapped...in other words. She didn't set out to murder her daughter that night..IMO.

I wont Callan. I promise not to repeat your actions, e.g., there is no way there would NOT HAVE been blood. I would go retrieve this conversation Callan, but I have been forever banned from CrimeLibrary - don't get nervous - this was an action I wanted. But you can always go check it out. It is under the thread "could this have been what happened". You know the one you wrote and it, for the record, boggles my mind still, how you came up with that theory. But anyway.

So now back to your question. How do you get it was premeditated? If Patsy killed JonBenet in a rage over bedwetting, that does not appear to be premeditated.

I don't want to confuse you Callan, but I must add one thing. If you are now talking about the staging, that is premeditated, and probably what killed her. But then again after looking at the head wound, I sincerely doubt JonBenet would have lived much longer. She looked like she had been shot.

It was red fibers from this jacket which were found in incriminating locations at the crime scene: on the duct tape covering JonBenet's mouth, in the paint tray, in the wrappings of the garrote handle, and on the blanket in the wine cellar.

Also, Linda H-P said she changed JonBenet's sheets on the 23rd but also said the sheets on JonBenet's bed on the 26th were not the same as those fresh ones Pugh used on the 23rd. So, that sweater on the bed is interesting.

That's right!! (My memory has completely left me, since I became pregnant!)...she wore the red turtleneck, (and wanted JB to wear hers too, so that they could be twins), and that jacket...that left behind all sorts of fibers. How could I forget that!?!?!

Ahh, that's okay. I went ahead and changed it...I didn't want to speak for ALL RDI's, because we don't all have the same opinion about premeditated, or not premeditated. You are not the only one that sits on the fence about that part of it. The main thing is...we all believe that a RAMSEY did it...not an intruder. Its hard to figure the whys of this case.
