I read they'll start selecting the jury on Mar 17th but the trial won't begin until sometime in early April.
Can JSS just rule without a jury?

Pure guesswork on my part too; you've nailed it. When this judge delays, she doesn't delay by few days, she delays by weeks and months. I guess the Arizona State prison will not see the improvements implemented by Jodi until much much later. Those prisoners may have to wait until 2015 before they can recycle, join book clubs, learn proper English and Spanish, donate their hair, fight against domestic violence, and do other activities Jodi may decide once she gets there.
One of my new year's resolution is to become less cynical but I'm failing big time.
Is is it just me or did you "laugh" at the irony of this?!

As her attorneys don't they still have to try to get the DP off the table before going back to trial?

Ugh. Not just you!! I get so tired of his lawyer acting as though he is some sort of victim and trying to circumvent justice after all the horrendous acts this jerk has committed.:banghead:

Every time they follow this motion, it is shot down.
Just another delay tactic.
IT is not a stall tactic. It is not stalling anything.. It is just a nuisance motion.
