When Was Haleigh Last Seen?

  • #201
A call to LE on a non-emergency line would most likely be made either re a questionable disturbance (to request wellness check) or if there was someone at PCSO w whom they wished to speak personally. In light of yelling heard, it's very likely that's what prompted it.

(bbm) It seems far less likely that this was Haleigh herself (IIRC it was reported to be a "woman yelling") or at time of incident itself and much more apt to have been time when someone was informed of Haleigh's death, or an altercation about her having gone "missing" or w/e happened.

The most plausible shared culpability or other scenario which can otherwise account IMO for odd alliance between RC and MC would still be that RC came home while MC was still absent from home. Seething that MC is not where he expects her and told her to be, a urine-soaked bed eg further enrages him, thus RC's temper responsible--yet he blames MC for leaving and "causing" it all in the first place. He then removes Haleigh from the home before MC returns. In that case it would most likely be MC heard screaming after RC (knowing full well he is responsible but furious she left) finds MC at which point there is a heated confrontation for not staying w kids all under pretense of giving her the "news" she "let his daughter get stole."

But this would leave only happenstance and benign motives to account for GMS' and Nurse Elisa's visit earlier in the eve--because if this is after w/e tragedy occurs, then it is from these individuals, and at that time during which aid or damage control is most likely being sought. This is one of 2 possible explanations for GMS' slowness in divulging her alleged drive-by laundry delivery... the other of course being that she really never did actually see Haleigh but in which she also seeks to stretch timeline beyond RC's arrival for usual scheduled shift.

In any event I am convinced TN was contacted prior to 911 call being placed. If RC left werk earlier than believed, and injured HC himself upon his return, the screams could have been TN arriving and being given the news. However my inclination is that the sort of yelling which would prompt even a non-emergency call to police is specifically that of an altercation of some sort.

Thus my interpretation--strictly of the earlier call to LE and "woman yelling" reported by neighbor--is that MC is still at Tyler w TC and others, w or w/out children, when RC gets off work... then he goes by Tyler where he angrily confronts MC at 2:13 at which time non-emergency call is placed from there; then RC drags her home to Green La where their argument continues and is overheard by neighbor minutes later at 2:25-2:30 am. Kiki, do you think that GGMS could have taken Haleigh's body out in a large laundry basket? I know that my grandchildren really love to play in my laundry baskets. They curl up under them to hide. It would be a safe way to take Haleigh away from the MH. Then TN or Uncle could come over and take her away. Of course, that would not explain the dumpster hit.........just mulling here.

Has anyone heard anything lately about what is going on with Ron, Misty, TN, GGMS, or the Croslins? It is too quiet, IYKWIM?

What about the red rose Misty told TM about after their search? TM went back out to do another search when they actually found the rose she was referring to. The rose puzzled me for a long time but now I wonder if that is where Haleighs body is and no one has found her. Imo, she's close.

I have been wondering about this whole rose thing, too! What happened with it? It HAS to mean something! You can't tell me this was just a coincidence.

I just can't for the life of me believe that the GGMS would ever not call 911 or take Haleigh to the hospital. I believe that Haleigh was dead when GGMS arrived and the "Nurse/Aunt" confirmed it. I can see where Ron would put Haleigh beside the dumpster to await someone to pick her up and dispose of her. I can't see TN doing this, however I can see her picking up Ron's Uncle to help with the deed.

If that neighbor wouldn't have called the police that night, I wonder, how long would it have taken Misty and Ron to notify the police that Haleigh was "missing"?

Boy, do these two above statements remind anyone else of the Anthony family? :snake:

Just to add to my last post. I just realized that "Laundry" comes up a lot in this case:

- GGMS bringing clean laundry over
- Laundry always being in the floor in front of the back door per TN
- Misty doing laundry the night that Haleigh disappeared
- Dirty laundry in the dryer
- No laundry detergent in the house
- reports of the pink shirt being found in the laundry (not confirmed)

Strange observation I know, just realized that it comes up a lot.

Is it just me thinking this? I feel that Misty was very close to spilling the beans when she offered the information about the rose. I think she got cold feet and didn't follow through, maybe even threatened and chickened out, but I feel that she wanted to tell the truth but changed her mind.

Yes, and I'll add:

- Having to sprint to GGMS's that am to get a certain outfit
- Washing the pee'd on blanket (even though there was no detergent)
- MC's blanket in the van

Thanks, you're right I forgot those. Add also that Ron stated that Haleigh had spilled something on her shirt.

I wish that we knew if Ron was wearing the same clothing when LE arrived following the 911 call that he was wearing at werk.

I think, at the least, it shows MC knew something. Maybe she didn't realize this video would get out or maybe she was trying to give "clues" . . . ugh!

I've got a problem here tonight, it is currently 25 degrees and my heat just quit. Don't know why............it is suppose to be the coldest night this year. Of course, that is why the heat just quit. I'll check back in tomorrow if I'm not frozen by then.

I was looking for the article about the rose but couldn't find it. When I first heard about it I thought that little bit of info was huge! And then I heard nothing else about it. When Misty told TM to look for the rose, TM found the rose exactly where she said it would be...up under some branches. How would she know where to find this rose if it wasn'r symbolic for something.

Can someone find the article or tell me where to look for it?

I wonder what Ron and Misty would have done with "one more day".

The "Rose" and "Blood in the van" has always bothered me.

Did anyone else get the impressin that Misty really was threatened when she did the voice analysis? The way she said "noboby told me NOT to tell nothing about where Haleigh is". Then she rambled about she was not scared of dying and she would gladly give her life for Haleigh's. I got the impression she may have had the old gun in the mouth trick again. Didn't she allude to such? I have to review that tape. I thought she said nobody put a gun in her mouth...oh, I can't recall, better go look.

Whisperer I think the blood in the van came from the altercation on Green Ln prior to the 911 call. The blood may belong to Hank, Jo, or Timmy, or maybe even Ron. Along with a scratched van maybe there was a crash/accident and someone got hurt.

Wasn't Ron wearing a cast on his arm in interviews after Haleigh disappeared? Wasn't there a bandage on the back of his neck? Didn't he have scratches on his hand from "punching the door"?
Imo, Ron had too many bruises following Haleigh's disappearance. Which further proves my point about there being an altercation that night prior to the 911 call.

When did Ron go get the cast put on? Anyone?

I never saw a cast....

RC did not have the bandaid on his neck the first day. It appeared the second. He may be prone to boils. But his hand cuts and scrapes sure got my attention. He says he hurt them when he punched the back door after he found Haleigh was missing. Sorry, can't buy that one, rc.

LE said there was an imprint (?) on the door where he hit it. Well, I didn't see any door damage from the videos shown. I have seen a pic before of him with the same hand and forearm all cut up and scraped. He must have one heck of a temper.

I believe there was a fight...with who..don't know. LE did say the cousin was there. RC denies it. I imagine JO has contributed some valuable information. If nothing else, it may show rc is lying.

Something was going on in that house prior to 8:00 pm, that required people to stop by.

I'm convinced that this is a bodiless homicide case. Sadly, because it involves a child victim, there is no way to substantiate HaLeigh's death with the use of records showing inactive credit cards, cell phone, banking accounts, ect,. as children this age don't have these things. Inconsistent statements and/or information provided to LE by the parent/LKP to have seen the victim, that is proven to be false by LE can be added to their collection of accumulated circumstantial evidence that, at some point, hopefully will meet the standard of "beyond reasonable doubt." I sure hope that LE hasn't spent the past 10+ months ASSuming that they'll find the body or someone will eventually confess - what a huge mistake that would be! :banghead:
Man, would I like to know what LE has for circumstantial evidence... JMHO -

I'll have to review it again, but wasn't that just about the time she started crying and asked how much can a seventeen year-old take? Something he asked or said got to her because those tears seemed real.

I bet that is where the tape is spliced. I have to look too.

It was crazy how different segments of those TM vids were given to so many different MSMedia outlets. [And nearly impossible to find/view them all.]
