When Was Haleigh Last Seen?

I have stared at this attendance record until I'm cross-eyed and I still see something funny about Feb. 9th. There is a dot . but there is also a partial right side of a U. Like an unexcused mark was erased and a dot put there. That is just the way I see it.

I do see what you and others are seeing as you explained above, I am just not convinced it has been altered. JMO-nobody has to agree with me!
I can see other places on the document that have little black marks like what is next to the dot on the right-I am assuming it is from being a carbon copy or from being photo-copied. Look at the U on Jan. 7. There is a black mark next to it and also more in the box on the right side of the document as there are many all over the document, jmo.

If not altered, it looks like when attendance was taken, Haleigh may not have arrived. Later when she arrived they may have changed it to present. They should have written tardy though.

This form may have been filled out in hindsight and not on the day of. With all the commotion, they may have slipped on the tardy, if she was tardy.

Kimster, I didn't know where to put this question so I just bumped this thread up. It seems to apply a bit. Anyway, In the following video at about 3 min in, a man is talking about what Misty needs to do, he says she needs to come in and clear up what she was doing between 8pm and 3 am. It is definitely the real person, it was during one of the parts where she plays a bunch of different interview pieces together. Misty was talking before that, it was def her. I don't know. My point was this LE officer is pretty clear what time frame they are looking at.

So the question is, when was Haleigh last seen? I say by the last teacher she had at school.... anyone else needs proof of a picture with a time stamp.

Just my :twocents: worth on this subject but IMO LE incorrectly based their timeline on GGMS's statement about going by the Mh that night at around 7:30 to 8:00 pm timeframe, claiming to see Haleigh eating supper on the front porch. I don't and have never believed GGMS story so in my opinon, if the bus driver really knows Haleigh enough to pick her out of a group of kids then that person maybe could verify that he or she last saw Haleigh get off of the bus. If the bus driver doesn't know Haleigh from any of the other numerous kids who got off of that bus, then hopefully Haleigh's teacher would remember seeing Haleigh that Monday. I certainly can't put any faith in anything the Cummings or Croslins have to say on this matter.

I'm not sure any of us know what time line the task force is working with. [I think that's why we have this thread.]
