When Was Haleigh Last Seen?

Well LFlorida, I know why we have this thread, I was just trying to give my little thought just like everyone else or so I thought. I was reading about the reported timeline of 8:00pm to 3:00am from LE and commented on it like several other posters. What?

Just had to add this one comment on your post. Surely the person who called in the "dog" report, if due to the dog barking, would have surely heard the dog barking on February 9th while the gun was hidden in the culvert. I'm interested in the report too. BTW, this case is driving me crazy too.

According to BL's post the other night, she had to submit a SASE and was told delivery would take two weeks from the date of receipt of the SASE.

In normal missing children's cases, we hear when and who saw the child that day. No teacher, bus driver or principal has verified her being there that day. I would like to know what she was wearing that day.

We have Granny stepping up though and saying she was on the porch. It was good that she and ronald got to kiss Haleigh before she disappeared. That must be of some comfort. *ambivalent about making a sarcasm gesture*

I almost thought I heard GMA allude to that but I am not sure. It was "What a Crock tape" (I think). A reporter asked a question (could not hear it) but GMA said no, she wasn't. or something similar. For some reason I thought the reporter was asking a question about the pink shirt but audio is bad.

That pink shirt is a main stay in this case. Hardy and Bowling dance around it. Of course misty states it was in the laundry and she located it after eight days. Will never believe that..never.

Just my :twocents: worth on this subject but IMO LE incorrectly based their timeline on GGMS's statement about going by the Mh that night at around 7:30 to 8:00 pm timeframe, claiming to see Haleigh eating supper on the front porch. I don't and have never believed GGMS story so in my opinon, if the bus driver really knows Haleigh enough to pick her out of a group of kids then that person maybe could verify that he or she last saw Haleigh get off of the bus. If the bus driver doesn't know Haleigh from any of the other numerous kids who got off of that bus, then hopefully Haleigh's teacher would remember seeing Haleigh that Monday. I certainly can't put any faith in anything the Cummings or Croslins have to say on this matter.

I agree, I think they mislead LE to protect some one in the family. Kind of like another family and all of it is coming out now. I think the story starts more like 5pm or shortly before, maybe as Em said, when she got off the bus.

Someone from Tyler St. saw Haleigh about 2am according to the dispatch transcrpts. So was that a LIE? If it wasn't a lie that would mean someone from Tyler St saw Haleigh right BEFORE the screams were heard between 2am-2:30am, right BEFORE the first call to LE at 2:13a per Lt Greenwood, and AFTER a loud car was heard sitting near the dumpster at 1:30am. LE is interested in the hours 8p-3a. So LE was trying to figure out what Misty was doing AFTER GMS supposedly left the mh.

8p- GMS supposedly leave mh (I wonder if Misty is with her when she left?)
8:30- Ron and Misty argue over the phone (about what?)
8:30p-9p Misty turns her phone off (why?)
9p- Ron calls Tommy (why?)
10p- Tommy goes to mh (why?)
10:30-11p- Misty supposedly goes to bed (could this be the time that Misty actually got back to the mh? what if she did leave with GMS/TN and it took about 3 hours to clean blankets, ect.?)
1:30a- loud car heard at the dumpster that cadaver dogs hit on
2am- someone from Tyler sees Haleigh (so that means that after the 10pm trip to the mh someone from Tyler (Tommy) went back to the mh and was there around 2a)
But if someone saw Haleigh at 2a that means Haleigh was at that mh at that time.
2:13a- initial call made to LE (from who I don't know)
2am-2:30- screams heard near the mh
3:27a- 911 call was made "Haleigh is missing"

something was going on long before LE was called to the mh.

ETA: along with Ron bruised knuckles, TN's fast arrival, and several damaged vehicles IMO there was some sort of altercation. I wonder if GMS/TN just blatantly lied about the time that she went over to the mh. What if she (GMS/TN) went to the mh between 2-2:30a? They couldn't tell LE that so instead they just decided to just change the time? It just sounded better that GMS went by the mh at 8p instead of 2a. No need to draw any more attention to themselves, I guess.

I think the reporter asked her about Misty not being home that night. That's when she did the whole head swing thing and said "that's a crock."

I'm not 100% on this, so don't take it as the gospel truth, but hopefully it will help you [or whoever] find the video. Artic Air is at my house right now, or I'd do it myself.

Hey Balaney, during one of the interviews with Lt. Greenwood he stated that the first call related to this investigation came in at 2:13a. Someone just posted the video on one of the threads but not sure which one. Some of us thought that it may have been a simple error but I don't think that is the case. So we just need to put it all together.

That's what I'm saying. The officer that was at Tyler said that Haleigh was last seen 1 to 1-1/2 hours at her residence from the time of the 911 call at 3:27a. 1 to 1-1/2 hours prior to the 911 call would be what? about 2a-2:30a, right? We don't know who said they saw her but IMO the records show that SOMEONE from Tyler did see Haleigh around 2a-2:30a. Was it a lie? I don't know. Why would they say that. I too would like to know who it was that said they saw her. JMO

ETA: As far as MY timeline, the statements came from neighbors, LE, and the actual players themselves. I'm just trying to make sense of it all like everyone else.

Why does LE choose for it to be a nightmare? I do not believe in conspiracy theories BUT LE just may be involved in one.

Everything they release leaves me with more questions. In a LE PRESSOR, it is said that tn was visiting early evening. It also states the first call came at 2:13am.

WHY? WHY? Police pressors are the only thing we know to be accurate. If we go back to the very beginning, the first reports from LE are nothing like we have been sleuthing. LE usually doesn't say anything if they are not sure but this is simply crazey talk.

AH says he went to LE first with the news on poly and wanted to know to release it or not because he didn't want to jeopardize the case. He was meant with a blank stare....not one word was said to him...okiedokiethen.

I have to believe that LE is orchestrating the plan NOT to talk about PDM hours or else we would know. IMO, this is key. They must beleive rc is not being truthful. I hope to Gad they aren't afraid of him too. They do not want this case blogged, sleuthed or anything else. WHY? Are they bombarded by the Cummings Clan with promises of lawsuits; not a far reach imo.

I know and understand why they are pressing misty. I know that no one in the Cummings family will ever talk..they are well trained and listen to their attorneys. They did not have to target rc in the drug busts but chose to do so. They have become tired of his non-compliance and went for the gusto. At least he is jail and hopefully prison and that may be the best we get.

When was Haleigh last seen? Did the Santos say they saw Haleigh? I know they said they saw misty and that misty 99% of time misty p/ud Haleigh. When were they questioned about the sighting? Has anyone described what Haleigh was wearing? The press clearly can't ask certain questions....why? Is LE communicating to some media outlets what they can and cannot do? I noticed when interviewing rc, the media zooms in on his cuts, bruises, eyes, tats, etc. This is not the usual way they do things in abduction cases. From the gitgo, there was assumption this was a home-grown crime. LE closed down a few days into it and has given nothing since. I understand they are saying the case is an on-going investigation. It has now been 14 months and the public has no answers. They have no evidence or not enough to bring charges on any of these players. Does't look like they are getting any,anytime soon either.

Who saw Haleigh last? Outside of family, maybe the Santos. Why can't her teacher say anything or the school admin to back up the Santos sighting of misty picking up Haleigh. Why would LE want to keep that wrapped? During Greenwood's pressor he said rc picked up Haleigh, tn visited after 7:00pm and the call came in @ 2:13am.

Can we please have this confirmed or will LE please do a pressor changing this statement if incorrect?
