When will the first jail house interview be?

If she gets convicted, there will be an appeal. She would need to be very very careful, if she gives an interview. If he slips up and says the wrong thing, it would hurt her appeal. Also, some prisons do not allow interviews.
I think ICA will be shocked when this trial is all over and there are no more cameras, there are no spectators, and she is not the center of attention anymore. Baez won't be coming to the jail to visit her and I wonder if her family (the ones she threw under the bus) will come. I hope someday ICA understands the nature of her crime.

You're absolutely right uklaw...I wasn't even thinking about that. I just think once she's sentenced she's going to have attention withdrawals.

without a conviction I couldn't offer up an answer to her doing an interview. But I will say that camera's or news crew/media technically cannot interview anyone in Florida prison systems. I think it varies on a case by case basis and facility if they will or will not allow media interviews.

I always read posts saying that Casey loves being "famous" and having the entire country know her name. But has there been any actual proof of this? Some people make it sound like Casey will release a sex tape and fake a drug overdose once the national media stops talking about her. Was Scott Peterson also seen as a publicity-lover? He's been pretty quiet since his conviction.

If she's convicted (as opposed to a hung jury, I don't think this jury will find her innocent of all charges) I don't think she will give one for a very long time. Not sure why I think that way but I just don't.

If she is convicted I'm sure she will appeal and that can take a long time. I don't think she would be allowed to give one during that time.

I really don't want to see ICA after this. BUT I DO want to see JB throw her under the bus to save face? ICA couldn't say anything to convince me to watch her on tv. But JB? I betcha he could tell a lot!
