I wonder if they do have any ideas about who--that is, if--someone was seen in or near the Horman truck. I believe they originally were following up on reports that someone was sitting in the truck.

That's a statement open to interpretation, isn't it? Are they stating that maybe there's a third person in addition to the two they already know did it? (A sly reference to TH/DD.) Or are they stating that maybe instead of #3 being part of a plot with #1 and #2 that #3 may be a totally separate entity acting individually?

Oh gosh. Apparently that implies they think Dede came into it later. I wonder if this theory (child advocate, etc) was why Kaine and DY were confident for a while that Kyron was/is still alive.

Actually, I think this makes it less confusing, because there was a lot of question about why DDS would have been at the Horman truck at the school, when she had to be at work at 9:00. What would be the purpose of just being there for a few minutes then leaving? It actually makes more sense that it was someone else, who helped Terri with whatever happened after that. And maybe DDS was or was not involved at a later stage (during her "absence" from the place she was working).

OR the person seen at the truck was really the Turf Guy with HIS truck and TH was driving the baby around for 90 minutes, and DDS just happened to be incommunicado during some of that same time, and no one has a clue what happened to Kyron.

Why do they continue to refuse to identify if this person could be male/female? I can't help but wonder how anyone in the public or around that school could even be asked to remember when they can't even give out the gender of a person...I mean really, what harm is it at this point? Could it be that Terri had her lover in the vehicle and LE does not want anyone to know what gender that person is?, possibly because of the divorce going on?
They went as far as putting out a flier with DeDe all over it, yet can't even speak of gender to someone a witness thought they seen in the truck. Ok....whatever...:waitasec:

I'm confused by this. If a person saw someone in or near the truck but didn't remember it, would LE revealing the gender then cause them to say, "Oh yeah, I did see a MAN by the truck." Do you mean that it would jog their memory like that?

Because I think LE's point is to rule out false leads of people CLAIMING to have seen someone (either lying or "misremembering").

If this is the case...and it is not DDS...then, I wonder IF Terri didn't actually have a lil' sumthun'-sumthun' going on after all on the side as has been speculated before...could it be MC?

I mean...this would explain why what appeared as a "sudden relationship" so soon after Kaine filed for divorce as perhaps being more than it appeared.

I'm wondering if Terri & MC actually knew each other as intimately even BEFORE the sexting's were first leaked.

Perhaps they suspect Dede was involved later in the day?

I've been wrong in my speculations at least twice in this case. One was thinking that the "written communication" about the $350K was to Dede or one of the other people whose houses were searched that one weekend (because it was immediately after that that KH filed the papers about the attorney fees). And the other was assuming that Dede was the person that people had seen near/in the Horman truck on June 4 (because of the fliers, just as you have said).

Honestly I do think it would jog their memory better than placing a big photo of someone (like DeDe) on a flier the night before they released those statements of needing help in the presser..

I think the general public will not remember things because #1 LE is not giving them enough to remember, or to jog their memory, and the "sources" are causing way too much confusion!

I agree about the possibility of sumthun-sumthun, but I don't think it has to have been MC. I'm sure there are plenty of other manipulable men floating around in TH's proximity.

Or, there is the alternative theory that this was not done by TH, but to her, by a bad man that she let into her life wanting to take Kyron for his own reasons (whether to do with TH or not).
