Arthur Leigh Allen seems to fit the description. "The sketch of the man seen at Lake Berryessa before the attack on September 27, 1969, depicted a Caucasian male adult with a round face and dark hair. The girls who helped to produce this sketch described this man to investigators as a white male, between 28-30 years of age, with dark hair that was parted on the left side, at least six feet tall, stocky build, approx. 200 to 225 lbs., with a round face, rounded eyes, thin lips, a medium nose, straight eyebrows and small ears."

It's the small ears part that most makes me go with Allen. I have not see the Netflix documentary.
A group called The Casebreakers claim he's Gary Francis Poste but this was said by Journalist Colbert, who has said a Bureau whistleblower confirmed to him the chief suspect was Air Force veteran Gary Francis Poste but I have read also the FBI has not said.
Gary Francis Poste's ears are not small, in fact they are large, which makes me consider more towards Allen. Allen's ears in different photos really do not look too small but that big face of his may be the reason the witness felt they were.
