Am increasingly thinking that Zodiac's Portugese. On PARADICE SLAVES, "para"+"dice" in Potugese means "to say." On the envelope to Paul Avery, he adds an "L" to Avery, making it Averly. And he underlines L A V. In Portugese, lav/lave/laves are all derivatives of the same verb meaning "wash"/to wash. (British slang refers to a toilet/washroom as a "lav.")
Portugese "selva" (contained in "slaves") is "forest." "Valles" (contained in "slaves"+L added to Avery's name) is the Spanish plural for "valleys," "vales" would be the plural in Portugese.
ZODIAC VICTIMS/"valleys"
Benicia=gateway to the Central Valley couple shot to death
Blue Rock Springs/Vallejo=in a valley, couple shot, male victim survives
Lake Berrryessa=in a valley, couple stabbed, male victim survived
Presidio Heights/cabbie Paul Stine=NOT a valley, victim individual, not a couple, victim, a cab driver, shot
POSSIBLE ZODIAC:
Ray Davis, cabbie, individual, NOT a valley, St. Malo Beach area of Oceanside
Robert Domingos, Linda Edwards=in a valley
Cheri Bates, Riverside=in a valley, individual young female
Enedine Molina and Fermin Rodriquez=in a valley/Livermore/Pleasanton area
John Franklin Hood & Inez Garcia=not a valley technically based on what I'm seeing but foothill/base of Santa Ynez Mts
Kathleen Johns=in a valley, individual woman/(probably) visibly pregnant
Ofcr Richard Radetich=Haight Ashbury district has valleys
Donna Lass=in a structural valley, individual young female
Santa Rosa Hitchhiker Murders=in a valley
NOTE: California is topographically diverse, it it not "mostly valleys."
Also learned that Portugese has only two feminine signs (grammatically/language), Libra and Virgo. All the rest are masculine. In Spanish, they're pretty much all masculine, with the exception of Libra. In both Spanish and Portugese, both signs beginning with "A" (Aquarius and Aries) are masculine. (Underlined LAV in Avery letter)
Further, seeing the Portugese word "valeu" is a snide way of saying "thank you." I wondered if this were synonymous with "vallejo" (Spanish) because it seems close in pronunciation, but it is not, "vallejo" means "little valley." (CA city of Vallejo named after some historic figure, I believe.)
Zodiac misspelling of "victom." I think Zodiac's name (or/and his father's or grandfather's name) is quite possibly Tom/Tomas. All his misspellings jmo are intentional.
