Why hasn't there been an arrest?

I'm not sure what you are asking for "concrete verification" of but here's a link to a police dash cam video that is time stamped. That should give you an idea when Jeremy called 911.

Thank you.
I don't question when Jeremy called 911.
I was wondering if there is any evidence that he was working all night?
Perhaps cameras, someone with him, etc.

No evidence has been released by LE. Like almost every thing else in this case, the information that we have is from someone other than LE.
"The main problem I think that we're facing is that everybody (else) has an alibi," Irwin said. "I was at work. I've been cleared. All these other people we were worried about...the FBI said they've been cleared.

So you have to take it or leave it. I have a feeling that if Jeremys Starbuck alibi didn't add up, LE would have dropped a load of you know what right on his head. JMO.

Wow! That's great putting all of that on here!
I've been thinking about Lisa since she went missing. This case has always had some weird stuff about it. I sure hope this case can get resolved soon and that baby Lisa is alive.

Welcome to the Lisa Irwin forum. As you can see Askfornina has done a great job in putting an archive together for all of us to use. If you have any questions feel free to ask. I'm "on the fence" in this case and open to all points of view.

Honestly, I have always felt debbie's response was odd. Jeremy's too, but she seems like the ringleader. Mothers will do anything and I mean anything to find their child. Media IMO could have been her strongest help and yet she seemingly withdrew. Jeremy behaved oddly. My gut just told me something is askew. I question the drunk story too.
However, I can't say I "know" anything different than what LE has released. But what would it mean if the drunk story is untrue?
Just because she was drinking with her neighbor doesn't mean she drank practically a whole box of wine. There was no blood test taken to verify this. It was Debbie saying she was drunk. It made Debbie look bad, but still a reason to say she was passed out.
I hope like heck that the parents have no involvement with lisas missing, but some of their behaviors / responses just seem so odd to me

Thank you.

I've forgotten many details, but I seem to recall early on LE making the comment that JI's story 'checked out', whatever that means. Also keep in mind, I'm assuming that the first thing LE did was question JI's supervisor who probably collaborated that either JI was there or was scheduled to work that night. From what I understand there was a camera in the Starbucks but I don't know if that came from LE or the lawyers.

I too think I recall early on LE saying JI story checked out. Doesn't it seem suspicious that the first night ever that Jeremy worked an all nighter, Debbie got passed out drunk and one of their children went missing? What alot of very unusual (2 of which are outrageous) things to occur in a short period of time. Then Debbie says she fails a polygraph, Jeremy says LE doesn't need him to take one and cadaver dogs hit on an area in the master bedroom. Did I get it right? On top of all of this the parents clam up with the media, one of their most useful tools in helping to find their daughter. IMO I haven't heard anything that pans out that takes my main suspicion off of Debbie.

In one of Jeremy's interviews at the beginning, I remember him saying something along the lines of "someone who would cheat on their spouse" like he was referrring to Debborah...my memory is so bad, but that was the gest of it and Debbie shook her head "no". I could be mistaken though.

And then, I think I remember when her boys were questioned, one of them heard "squeaking sounds" (disregard if this is incorrect). I'm wondering if possibly she had 'company' that night andd while she was busy, someone that knew what she was doing, came in and took Lisa. Wayyy out there I know lol.

I'm not so sure they didn't. Remember it was JI that walked out of his interview with LE right before they announced that the parents were no longer co-operating.

JI is the only person who has ever said that he was cleared by LE and that he didn't need to take a LDT.

Personally, I find that pretty suspect.

MOO

kansas city star reporter deann smith posted that she had discovered/heard information about "starbucks" that has not been publicized by either the media or LE... she didn't elaborate and said nothing more when asked for more details. i've always held onto this when people post about jeremy having a solid alibi by being at work that night...

LE didn't say JI was cleared and didn't need to take a poly?
If thats the case then I will have lots more questions my friends!
Can anybody verify that JI was the one who said this?
Thanks

from deann's "tone" i'd assume it is something fairly big but i guess it's not enough of a "bombshell" to make LE haul jeremy in for more questioning? odd.

No they didn't.

It was JI that said that.

All these other people we were worried about...the FBI said they've been cleared. The only one you can't clear is the mother that's at home when it happens 'cause there's nobody else there.

He spoke about not having to take a LDT because it wasn't necessary in one of the tv interviews. Sorry, I don't remember which. I think it might have been one of the longer ones, early on.

But LE has NEVER said anything one way or the other about those subjects.

Personally, I think JI is full of it. I think he was asked to take a LDT by LE and that is when he decided he had enough and asked to leave. Later that day LE announces that the parents are no longer cooperating. Coincidence? I think not.

MOO!!!!!

LE could of very easily verified if he was at Starbucks that night or even if it was a scheduled night for him to work. I'm fairly sure that if either of those wasn't the case, it would of leaked out somehow during that first month of the investigation.

the starbucks "thing"? ... evidence linked to lisa was found? police dogs taken there? surveillance tape shows deb there?

what else?

If he were scheduled for work that night, whT time?
What time did he leave for work? What time did get there, how long did he work, was anyone else there, did anyone come there while he was working, did he take any breaks? How long?
I know that we don't have evidence to answer most of these questions. I hope LE does.
Oh and one more thing. Was JI self employed?
I have a friend that is kinda with the fire dept, who maintains indoor fire sprinklers for restaurants. He is considered an independent contractor, however is dibbied out work from a bigger contractor. He usually always makes his own hours, night or day. I wonder if this is the type of scheduling Jeremy could do. It has always stuck out in my mind that he went to do an all night job......for the first time!
Sorry for all of the questions. Just going with my gut.
Thank you

Sorry to keep asking so many questions, but somebody told me I could! :) trying to get the facts in a row. We need to help find out what happened to this precious child!
Other than what deb and Jeremy say, when was the last time Lisa was seen and by whom?
