Why haven't any Friends, Neighbors, CoWorkers talked ?

Thats what leads me to believe that none of the people she associates herself with are no good, or have something to hide. Another thought is that they know something. But there are so many pictures of her and her friends, no one wants to talk, not even Amy and she stole from her.

Yeah, how the picure of the guy with his fingers spelling K I L L ? hugging casey. Probably got it when HE was in the clink.

I think we need to also look at the fact that most of them didn't realize the bull Casey was feeding them. Most of her friends probably didn't know that her whole life was LIE after LIE after LIE.

I can imagine they are all feeling duped, used and don't want to be dragged through the mud again. If everything a "friend" told you was a lie, would you want to admit you believed them? Can make a person feel very stupid inside. I think a little bit of cognitive dissonance here. "I believed Casey. Surely she wouldn't hurt her daughter. Oh my god, I was friends with a potential killer. No, I never REALLY liked her. We were never REALLY friends."

I wonder if Casey believes Tony is going to take her back with arms wide open? She lives in such a fantasy world, it is about to collapse around her when she does get out. No one is going to want to be around her. If she thought jail was lonely, at least she was protected there. Out in the "real world" (not the one Casey created), things are about to get VERY lonely, indeed.

You can't get welfare unless you list the father on the birth certificate. And that can be investigated - if the person on the birth certificate denies it.

Not in my state not sure about Florida, but in my state you are more likely to get welfare if there is no father on the birth certificate.

Does anyone know where Amy is these days??? I noticed that on the day of the "flurry" of phone calls to the parents, it also said that her last call was to Amy... I also wondered how long the call was??? I couldn't find whether it was another 1 minute call or if the call lasted longer??? :waitasec: AND, if so...

Have the police brought her (Amy) in for questioning since that info was released??? I still find all the interconnection between people to be very weird...Casey used to date Ricardo, but now he is dating Amy, and they let her come to live with them after she had the fight with her mom, but before she moved in with Tony??? How long have Amy and Casey been friends??? Before or after Ricardo???

Also, it seems that Tony has taken a leave of absence!!! Nothing like standing by your gal!!! I would love to have been a fly on the wall when she called him from jail!!! ..."uh, sorry the number you have dialed is no longer in service..."

Maybe both of them are testifying against Casey for immunity...

I haven't heard a peep about an uncle or aunt of Casey and Lee. How about their cousins?

Has anyone heard from any of the other family members about this case? Are they out there searching with TES?

Seems the only players in this are the immediate family and of course Cindy's dad who was visted by Caylee and Cindy on the 15th (Father's Day). I don't really expect to see him being interviewed or searching but how about the "younger" family members like cousins, aunts, uncles, ect?

I read somewhere(?) that there is an aunt. She is the only person who knew Casey was pregnant before she told everyone in her 7th month.

Who was the couple consoling CA in the news video weeks ago when GA was yelling at reporters and drove off then CA stayed to talk to reporters and a guy led her back into the garage and his partner was there? I thought they were family

Honestly, if you were part of this family, would you be announcing it to people? I don't think so. Even if you were out on the search teams or whatever. You would probably want to keep that to yourself.

I'm sure that once all is said and done though, that they will be coming out of the woodwork with tell-all books and such. Kind of like the Bird lady in the SP trial......

Ive been wondering this for a while now, it just seemed odd that you never hear from anyone at all thats close to the A's. For instance, friends/coworkers of George and Cindy, gf/friends of Lee, grandparents, aunts/uncles/cousins, etc.

I can't say I blame the extended family one bit. I wouldn't want to be associated in any way, shape, or form to these people. Good thing Anthony is a fairly common name and they can hide which is what I would be doing. Actually I would search with TES but I wouldn't spout out who I was by any means.

I had thought I read in that report somewhere that they were from Ohio? At least I don't believe they are not orignially from Orlando, and that has a big thing to do with it.
I seriously doubt most people would come out of the wood-work to announce they were related, unless they themselves wanted media attention. With the problems the family appear to have, they very well could be the "black sheep" of the family, and not close to either side, so maybe cousins aunts, uncles and the like haven't really spoken to any of them in years.

Or, maybe the extended family knows exactly what they're all like, and wants to stay as far away as possible. Sadly there are people in my extended family that if they ever got in trouble, I'd be happy knowing no one would be able to connect them to me or vice versa.
