Notice how his eyes dart towards the camera while he's throwing a tantrum. Gives me the heebie-jeebies when he does that.

She gave him 50 plus minutes yesterday to spout his nonsense. It appears today that she will give him zero. The mute button is now utilized, and shortly he will be removed to the other courtroom. And, this is just what DB wants.....delays and excuses.

I’ve tuned in for a total of one minute and I’m already stressed out by him. Poor judge. He argues with her like he’s a 16 year old teen boy who wants to borrow her car keys and and also get gas money. And a sammich.

Just a quiet observation, but Mr Beef-head bailiff sitting directly behind DB...whose neck size is larger than an average womans waist size....has a commanding presence.

It seems like DB feels like he did nothing wrong at all.

This cop would like 5 minutes alone with the 3rd party intervenor.

DB’s disruptiveness has amped up for some reason. He seems to be making more objections. The judge’s nerves are on fire. Understandably so! Whew! State is almost done thank goodness. I can’t imagine that DB’s case will be much of anything.

'Any idea why you'd be paid to testify?' Come on, Brooks. He keeps stating it's his normal work hours!! Get off of it.

Although this officer is answering these questions respectfully from this guy in the suit, he seems to be looking at him like are you for real with these questions.

Seeing the screen shot of the vehicle DB was driving, showing the extreme damage to the front end makes me ill. That was caused by him striking and killing multiple human beings.

DB has, so far, seemingly cast doubt as to whether a trained police officer could:

Understand east from west
Estimate a distance of 10 feet
Determine a location he stood
Distinguish a make of vehicle
Recognize the sound of a vehicle with a mechanical issue

Now we are getting somewhere. The only hope DB had was loss of control / mechanical failure. However, it’s likely too late for that. Had he obtained a property attorney and presented evidence of brake failure or another catastrophic vehicle malfunction, he might have had a chance.

Brooks doesn’t even have the wherewith-all to use a “please” or “thank you” when asking for the court’s help with something (like playing a video, putting a photo up, etc.)

His eye rolls to the judge annoy me! I don't allow my kids to do that. Why is this grown man acting like such a little punk?!?

I was listening to one of the preliminary hearings last night and I did hear his old defense attorney say they had an expert. However, I didn't hear what his expertise is, and I also wonder how that expert is going to get paid since the PD office is no longer handling his case.

And may we remind this alleged killer that tax payer money is paying his room and board and medical care for the rest of his rotten life.

DB: Objection! He's a first eye-hand witness
lol

I like this first eye hand witness. And that last video!

Brooks is questioning this guy like he did something wrong. The nerve of him!

I think the judge needs a smoke break

Left for 1/2 hour, walked back in to a line of questioning that sounds like insinuation that LE compared stories without investigating and decided to railroad and frame him.

So where does defense stand?
-Sovereign citizen, laws do not apply
-SODDI
-Different vehicle did it
-Vehicle horn honking, people should have moved
-Parade too noisy for people to hear him and move
-People walked into vehicle
-Parents threw children in vehicle path
-Mechanical failure
-Too many barricades
-LE profiling, railroading, framed
-DB does not exist, it’s all a figment of imagination.
