Most recently, I really really disliked Amber H when she took the stand. She actually made my skin crawl. But this monster? He over rides AH.

Boy that is something...just a time killer....how can you for example call Kathleen Y who had FOUR kids injured??? All I can think of is he will go after them for go fund me accounts...she had a very large sum collected. Is that what he will go for? Was this a list from his original counsel? How cruel...they will have to appear and i am sure will be hostile.

One time but a different circumstance. A defendant got really mad because the magistrate did not agree to what he wanted, which was getting out on bond immediately. As he exited the courtroom, the door was still open enough that the magistrate heard the defendant refer to him as "an f'kn idiot". Magistrate told the bailiff: Bring Him Back! I counted at least 5 times that the magistrate put it on record that the defendant "called me a f'kn idiot" (only he said the whole F word) and he hit him with contempt. IIRC, he had to spend an additional 45 days in jail.

If he is hostile or attacking to Kathleen Y, that should seal the deal with the jury.

this is insanity...not one of those witnesses will have anything good to say about him.

Let's be honest. If DB was prosecuting the case and the prosecution team was representing the defense, the evidence is so overwhelming that the prosecution would still win this case. His goose is cooked and all this is just a technicality that procedurally must be executed.

While I don't think he turned into the parade on purpose or unintentionally ran people over. I think that was really bad luck for everyone involved. The fact of the matter is that he reacted with an extreme indifference to human life and the only concern he showed was for himself. As a result of that the prosecution did not offer him anything of any significance for his plea.

His only hope is to find a technicality to get him out of this. He has nothing to lose by making a spectacle and distracting the proceeding as much as he can and everything to gain if he miraculously pulls it off.
