Good morning trial watchers! I am more and more convinced that DB had this Reddit post done so he could ask for a mistrial. This type of personality spends all their time thinking about ways to manipulate people. They don't think about constructive things. This is all they think about.

I believe Judge Dorow said it’s open court and she’ll be in her office if there are any questions, issues, or the verdict. So I’m not sure if there’s anything to watch? Court TV isn’t showing the courtroom either, just talking heads.

first of all, does this man even see his children? How exactly are they asking him questions about this? My understanding was that he is not involved in any of their lives. Either before or after the crimes in question. Tossing in the no-no you have the power of nullification. How ignorant is this narcissist? Does he really think anyone on the jury sees him as the victim here?! delusional.

All this talk of healing and forgiveness and yet not once has he ever asked for it because to do so would acknowledge his guilt. Bizarre. the cherry on top was the vehicle recall BS.

rebuttal by state was masterful. Suggesting defendant should look in the mirror like he accused her of doing to prepare. "If you have to explain things to your children I suggest you do so" (paraphrased)

and the subreddit stuff - did NOT see that coming but I should have in this trial that can only be called a train wreck. I don't think he is responsible nor do I think anyone who knows him is. And SO lucky for him to be able to have all his case law ready to go first thing this morning after being so, so tired last night to the point where getting to court by 8:30 seemed like an imposition. DB said “my conscience is clear”. How?! You evil monster. He repeatedly brought up his children for sympathy; he doesn’t live with or support any of them. He only talked about himself and how his side was suffering.

I don’t know what I was expecting but it certainly wasn’t to hear “I’m happy to say my conscience is clear” by a mass murderer.

So verdict after lunch is my prediction! And then I guess we will have to wait for sentencing. Who is going to speak for him? His mother who didn’t want to show her face in court during the trial? Certainly not Erika! Who? He just wants to delay - that’s why he asked to move sentencing. He should be sentenced right after verdict so we never have to see/hear from him ever again! JMO

He was acting so tired and exhausted this morning, rubbing his face, sniffing, etc,. He must be exhausted from staying up all night looking up case law- oh wait! DB said he doesn’t have internet access past a certain time at night. I wonder how he found such relevant law so quickly?

This is another case where if all the energy to avoid responsibility was focused on a productive life, this would be a better world.

This gentleman behind Brooks with the glasses on.... I saw an interview with him and he said he was there to make sure Brooks gets a fair trial. I'm pretty sure judge is being overly fair to him, at the cost of the victims. My heart breaks for the loved one's of those deceased, having to deal with this on top of everything else. Bless them and this judge.

i a way I think waiting on sentencing will just open the door for more Reddit type "shenanigans" as was said in court and so objected to by DB. I agree with Weki verdict after lunch today...I assume the sentence is fixed for something like this and little discretion by judge. Would love to have victim impact Thur. Fri and judge sentenced him on Monday morning.

I have no doubts, nerves, or hesitancy about the two snippets of video requested to be reviewed.


1) The video with EP, where a Whiterock marquee is visible, shows the vehicle's front end in near perfect condition - likely with a timestamp as it is from CCTV. Might as well add the video also shows DB angry and leaving site ALONE.


2) I've not personally seen extended versions of Dancing Grannies video, thankfully. <modsnip> That one action, OF HIS, caused four of the six deaths in this atrocity.


So, at one moment you have a vehicle with a near perfect front-end. Then, mere minutes later in an area very close by you have that same vehicle with a crumpled front-end intentionally aim for innocent people leading to multiple deaths (four of the six are likely(?) seen on that video).


Upon first hearing those were the two pieces requested I thought 'well, that's kinda morbid, so why request that?' Then I realized they're comparing before, during, and, after proving intent BARD.


So no, DB, if those are the pieces they want a second look at and if my thoughts and theories are correct they won't be kicking themselves in the behind after they convict you. If anything, those two pieces of video will give them a clear conscience while you weep hearing guilty, guilty, guilty, 76-times over.

They Are the triers of fact and looking at the facts of the crime. Did this car hit people, was the car steered intentionally into people, was the defendant the driver?
Was it self defense? Was there a mitigating circumstances??
