*Plea Hearing (@ 8:30am ET) - WI - Donald Mayer (51) [stepfather] & Tatiana Casap (35) [mother] were found dead in their home following a welfare check on 3/4/25 in Village of Waukesha. *Nikita Casap (17/now 18) arrested (3/5/25), charged (3/26/25) arraigned (5/7/25) with 2 counts of 1st degree intentional homicide, 2 counts of hiding a corpse, 1 count of theft-movable property [>$10K-$100K], 1 count of theft-Movable property-Special facts, 1 count of take & drive vehicle w/o consent & 2 counts of misappropriate ID info-Obtain money. Bond $1M cash. Plead not guilty (5/7/25). Waukesha County
Trial set to begin on 3/2/26. [thru 3/13]

10/2/25 Update: Hearing held with Judge Ralph M. Ramirez presiding. Defendant Casap in court, in custody. Attorney Paul Joseph Rifelj in court for Casap. Attorney Lesli S. Boese & Attorney Brooke E. Schultz in court for State of Wisconsin. The court addresses the Status of the matter. State confirms they have sent the Discovery to Defense. Defense notes they have received all discovery.
