The Franklin Coverup/Conspiracy has been debunked by not just LE but by the courts. Tricia doesnt permit discussions of it.

NO IT HAS NOT! One of the victims, Paul Bonacci, received a million dollar judgment for the sexual abuse and torture that he endured. The only ones saying anything about it being "debunked" are the criminals responsible. ANYONE who would not allow discussion of it is either completely uninformed or trying to protect someone or their image. If anyone at Websleuths doesn't want this talked this talked about, I prefer to think the former. Tell Senator John DeCamp who wrote The Franklin Cover Up and represented victims this was "debunked". This was a terrible case of the establishment circling the wagons to protect itself.

as a relatively new member here, id like clarification on this myself.
it is a case i had followed closely (then my life interrupted it) and ive never heard of it being debunked officially. when i read the post above declaring it debunked and a no-no here, i hit google and pulled out all my other stuff on this case while :waitasec: ....consider me confused....because this present case reminded me of the FCU too....

Yes, it has been debunked - by a grand jury who examined it in great detail and found it to be a "carefully crafted hoax."

The only reason Paul Bonacci - a convicted child molestor and perjurer - won his case is because the defendant didn't show up or represent himself in court, so he won by default. John DeCamp is one of the people responsible for crafting this hoax.

I'd say the reason WS doesn't allow discussion is because they've seen the mess that nonsense made of the Johnny Gosch threads. That picture that resembled Taj Narbonne probably would have been noticed at least two years ago if everybody hadn't been busy shouting about the CIA and the GOP yada yada. Its David Icke territory, and has no place in a serious discussion. MOO.

So, there is still nothing in media about this pic/video/boy?

I know I've missed parts of the discussion here, but I've seen enough of this thread and the other, and I have to voice my opinion here.
This boy's guilt or innocence is not a given. No one is able to read the boy's mind or know what's going on with him until he's found. Too many people are passing judgement on the boy and the situation without all the relevant data. Until LE finds that kid, all there is are assumptions and conjecture. A person in the justice system is supposed to be innocent until proven guilty. If you can decide a person's fate before the trial, then you probably aren't being objective.

On a missing persons FB Page - there is a profile of the boy in the Minnesota T-shirt. In the comments section - a person comments that they have chatted with the boy on a website - and gave the website name.

I checked out the website and it is a web cam dating type site. How these sites work is basically one person pays to view another person on webcam. Or possibly they can both view each other. Depending on the set-up of the site and individual user computer - they can text chat or have an audio chat during video. You would also be able to view your own video in a window - to make sure you are captured in video - and the camera is not pointed at the ceiling or whatever. Since the other person is paying. In theory - there would be an adult paying to view an adult. A tech-savvy person could save or record this video chat session.

After it is saved - a person could make many copies on a DVD if they wanted. Then delete the original off of their computer. Or sell or trade their computer altogether - after deleting the files and keep the DVD - then upload the video to websites and charge a fee. Or sell the DVDs. There are many options. The person on the other end of the video chat may have no idea that is even possible for a person to save - or record - the video chat session.

To sign into this video dating website - there is an option to login using your FB account. So in one click - FB logs in for you. It is possible the person that stated they chatted with the boy on there did so long ago - and just had a family friendly chat. The site used to have a different name - which the commenter posts. Now the video chat site goes by a different name - when you type in the old site name - it simply re-directs.

It is possible someone has a profile on this site with the boys photo - with code type words that only underground types would understand. Possibly once in awhile a person genuinely wants to just chat with the boy or whoever profile is being used - not understanding the code words. So a chat is accepted and that may be how the person on the Missing Persons site got to see the boy. Or maybe he has family friendly chats when controllers are not around. {Or maybe it was not even him.}

When whoever is controlling the payments for the videos sees that the person is not going to pay for video chat - that person probably quickly closes down chat. When they get a paying customer - the person controlling the payments establishes what the viewer will pay for - it is arranged in a text chat - and payment is accepted then that person gets out of camera view and the video chat is started.

Probably un-knowing that video chat sessions could be recorded. Maybe they usually cannot. Maybe someone recorded this one time not even with the computer - but used a camera or cellphone and pointed it at the screen. Perhaps the website put download - blocking software in place. Because if you could save the video chat sessions - it would not be good for the website itself - people would just do one or two pay sessions and record or save them to their own computer and watch them over and over instead of paying for a new chat session each time they wanted to see a lady. But tech savvy persons could always find a way around this - with software that will allow them to download videos that are not supposed to be downloadable. Without knowing the set-up of the website it is hard to say.

Of course I am not 100% sure that this is where the video originated from. Just some info I collected from comments sections. I thought I would share - to see if anyone else thinks this may be a valid source of the video - video dating site. If so we could perhaps find a profile on the site that matches up. I am not sure if video dating really describes it correctly. The old site name used to something more close to like a yearbook type of name - but the site still allowed people to do video chatting for pay. Or text chat and see photos and FB Page.

Another commenter posted the boy has chatted online - he stated that he is from Green Bay Wisconsin and is named John.

That's all I got.

DevilsPlayThing, would you consider forwarding that FB page and info to LE?

since there is zero updates to this in the news anywhere....im wondering if LE has found him.....and now we will never hear another thing.....

frustrating when a case just goes quiet and there is literally nothing left to discuss or even theorize because of the lack of info/news....

If they've asked the public for help identifying him, will they not release a statement if they've found him and no longer need any info?

Hmmm. Interesting information regarding the video chat site. I'm wondering how a minor could set up a site that requires payment to them without having a PayPal linked bank account for the money to go to. Unless I'm understanding the service incorrectly, one person pays another in order to view them over a webcam, right? So it would seem that if the boy is being paid by someone to view him, he would need a means to receive the money. I know that kids are ridiculously tech savvy these days, but could someone that young have the wherewithal and means to put themselves out there on a video site and have the ability to receive payment for it?

I'll be honest, I can't think of any legitimate reason that an adult would want to pay to video chat with a kid online. Maybe I'm cynical, but it seems wrong in any context.

Please report those comments to LE! Although I'm sure someone is looking at any comments received on major news networks, it still can't hurt.

I dont know....

Why do they not release more info or keep pushing this in the media? Why isnt this on Fox, CNN, (tv, not print) etc etc? Why are there no pressers from anyone? Why is there no reminders "hey this boy MUST BE FOUND"....

there is just nothing....

Its all very weird to me.

It is an official Missing Persons Fb. I do believe. The url {following FB} is missingcases ...... Isn't LE already there ? Or am I mistaken ...

The only info I have regarding the comment is I read it about 3 days ago. And the commenter had a different name at that time. I do not remember it but it was unusual.

An adult would be collecting the payment.

In the one case I've seen that is similar (little girl found in a pornographic video, LE released her image to help identify her, mother saw the pic and called LE.) They immediately pulled her pic once she was identified and released a statement that she had bee found and her abuser arrested. For her privacy, the did not release any more details about her. Hopefully we will get that kind of closure in this case.

Her fiance's name is John. I am not sure if she is just messing around or not.

Eta: For those who didn't see the comment- she just says something like the ice boy looks like someone she talked to on myyearbook (?)
