The judge in this case has tested positive for Covid, trial delayed until the 18th January, defence has requested a bail hearing as defendant requested a speedy trial and the trial is now delayed, bail hearing will be Wednesday morning

I wonder if defence has been allowed to call the witness that has recently come forward who was involved in a traffic incident with Cleereman, defence says Cleereman was aggressive towards her, she also apparently had some stories about behaviour of Cleereman that she witnessed, state was arguing it was not relevant,

some of her stories according to the Judge seemed to be extraordinary (not verbatim)

this witness was discussed at the last motions hearing,
