Justice has been served!!!! The judge was absolutely fair and brilliant.

There is no way to make things the way they once were, but here is to Jayme finally knowing there is a way forward.

And yet Jayme also gets a lifetime of grief and memories, her family lives in fear, and two loving parents don’t get to watch their daughter grow up. They raised one hell of a girl though, Jayme is the most courageous, brave, amazing young lady and I have no doubt her mom and dad will always be smiling down on her from heaven.

I hope someone has their arms around Jamie right now and she just cries her eyes out for shear relief. Many Blessings Jamie....

I replayed and still can't tell. Maybe someone with better hearing can?

Something to the effect of doing anything to undue the terrible things he did. Said he'd even kill himself but that wouldn't make it better. At least thats what I heard.

I think we were looking for the stuff he was saying while the judge was talking. JTP was interrupting him.

Life w/o parole for James
Life w/o parole for Denise, consecutive.
40 yrs w 15 w extended supervision, for kidnapping.
Dodge Correctional Institution- far away from his family.

Perpworm looked like a beady little insect shaking his head vigorously throughout much of the Judge’s statements.

I’m so sorry to Jayme and the Closs family for their unimaginable loss. I’m not surprised by the sentence given it is a relief to know he will never kill again. I am sure Jayme will continue to make her parents proud.

May Mr. and Mrs Closs Rest In Peace.

Now hopefully Jayme can begin healing. Not that anything will ever be the same, but so that she can blossom into a strong butterfly.

Justice for Jayme! So thankful I sat through that sentencing. Jayme's statement was truly inspiring. What an amazing girl the Closs's raised.

Dodge County Correctional. That will be a jaunt for visitation.

Thankfully, this case is over. May Jayme find closure, sooner than later. There is no doubt in my mind that good things are in store for her, she’s a warrior.

That is it. So why should he bother? He is sure that the sentence is a done deal. There isn't going to be any ankle monitor and mental health treatment deal here.

Due process....

OK - JP went wrong because he had to wear glasses.

Did I hear that correctly?!!
Of course! The ol’ wire rims & contacts made me do it defense! Gonna have to add that to the serial killer profile guide- right up there with abusing animals, etc.
