confuses me too. That statement confuses me. The only way I can see that being an issue is a false confession. Is that why? If so, Im curious why he thinks thats even a possibility here?

9mm easiest to handle for the average person, 380 and 22, (got a 380 lcp as my boot gun) nah, ar too bulky for this, 12 gauge def possibility (one shot multiple projectiles), 38 not me but I don’t like any revolvers, personal preference. 45, gotta be able to handle the kick back. Had a .40 compact and sold it. Too big for my tiny hiney to conceal carry even compact and I didn’t want that kinda kick back in a bad situation. Jmo, depends on person and experience tho everyone is different.
This made me laugh. I needed that. All we got was an abacus. Lol

You know, I was talking the other night with a friend who grew up in Waseca. I asked him if he knew these people involved. I knew people who knew this family and my friend grew up with them.
This is a story that just doesn’t make sense either. Difference is Jayme is nowhere to be found and why?
Man charged in Waseca double murder
We weren't even allowed our own calculator.
Slide rule, log books and long drawn out calculations to come up with the answer.

Normal protective clothing would include disposable hair coverings, gloves, and white long coats. The gloves and coats were not disposable and were washed and handed out daily to the workers Some areas wore disposable shoe protectors and mesh gloves- depending on which area you worked in.
This has been a long time ago so would guess most items are now disposable
Not uncommon for some to sneak these items out in their lunch boxes for personal use
If perp/s used these items it could eliminate fingerprints, shoe prints, hair
Picture it similar to something worn by surgical staff
A little research shows this guy and family in CO since the summer. Doesn't exclude but seems unlikely. Can DM if you can't find the info. He's been there a month now. Anyone know why he hasn't been extradited yet? I'm hinky on this. I noticed his address was on the Turtle Lake Casino direction of Hwy 8, as opposed to the Barron Police/Sheriff direction from the Closs house.
Absolutely. You could sneak them back in just as easily as sneaking them out. Or easier yet Burn the in the fireplace or wood stoveThis is what I was getting at when I was seeing if the former employee could give us all some information about protective gear worn around the plant.
Say I wanted to get rid of some stuff (mainly gloves and shoe coverings) that had something on them. Say also that said items were Jennie-O issued, and that I had “taken” them (for future use) several weeks ago when no one would notice.
After committing the crime, what better way to get rid of them than to just mix them in with your stuff the next time you are at work and toss them into the biohazard/trash/whatever bin at the plant?
Not saying this is what happened but it sure makes you think.
moo.
Anyone ever think about a break action shotgun, double barrel? Won’t leave casings, shells, rounds...whatever we are calling them, until breached and manually disengaged?
And don't forget CASHAt work some of our staff members (all in their 20s or early 30s) were trying to name as many forms of payment they could think of. Credit cards, debit cards, money orders, bitcoin, etc.
A few of us chimed in with our own contributions. We added travelers checks, wompum, and C.O.D.
They looked at us like we were from Mars. None of them had heard of any of them, lol.
1456 E La Salle Ave, Barron, Wis.Do you know the address or what street the police department is on? I was trying to find it on a map.
I agree. We all put so much thought into this ( Closs) , which is good.Wow, amazing and horrifying. Senseless - no one could possibly have figured out "why" since it was just loony and senseless. Makes me feel less positive about the ultimate outcome this crime may have.
The most elusive of all lolAnd don't forget CASH

They already messed up imo.....the 911 call got off.Agreed... when you lay everything out perp had to know a lot about house.
Cops 2.3 miles away
3 people inside with 3 cell phones
3 guns and a dog.
That’s crazy... your 6 miles out of town I would get ..
had to be more than 1 perp..too many variables ... and they still almost got caught..2/3 minutes ahead of police not a big cushion. I think they agreed on 2 dead within a minute. Girl quickly out of house..
Perps have to messed something up...or will mess something up..

For example: *DIVERSION/DOOR KICKED IN* James goes to front door to investigate, totally unarmed, looks outside, sees nothing, perp steps in through sliding door and shoots James from behind.
When I moved to the country I bought two guns. A 38 and a 410 shotgun. The men at the gun shop told me to use the 38 to get to the shotgun. My son retired LE told me I'd never hit anything with a pistol...use the shotgun. Purchased to protect myself from snakes. Point is, with a shotgun you just point and shoot...even from the hip. Close target would create a pretty bad crime scene. jmoExactly! I’m pretty dang skilled but in times of deserperation, I’m don’t if I could hit the broad side of a barn in a bad moment. Been in that situation, but didn’t have to shoot. I will admit, even seasoned, I was scared to death. That’s when a shotgun comes into play, it is the best for home defense tho!
