I thought the reason Jim did not go with Denise and Jayme to that birthday party that night was because he was working! Has ANY info been released on this?

That is supposedly what Denise told the family, but it has not been confirmed by any published source whether or not Jim actually worked that Sunday.

You cannot get out of the US without a passport. How would they get a passport for Jayme? You need a passport photo. Passport are swiped at points of exit and entry.

I suppose someone could figure out how to make a fake passport but they have holograms and whatever else nowadays. Why would anyone bother?

People keep trying to say it was a certain group at the plant. LE would know that. I doubt if people are rolling in money at that plant.

As far as the picture of Jayme with the veil, every house of that era that I have been in has stairs to the basement via the kitchen.

I had no idea Highway 8 had duplicate street addresses on it (even with different cities, I still would not expect that I guess)

In the country they're fire numbers, and they are distinct by township. If those 2 are located in different Townships, it could happen.

Not sure who all you are responding to but that is what I think of the door, is a basement.

With regard to your other comments, I do not see anyone probably having left the country with her but I know some have speculated that. I would add though that getting out of our country the last I knew to Canada or Mexico without a passport was no problem, it was our country a year or two after 09/11 that changed it and it is to come back into our country that one needs the passport. I cannot confirm it has stayed that way but it was the way it was the last I knew.

As for a certain group, I have not seen those comments, just thoughts that someone or something at work could be a part of this.

The comment however about the house and Jayme in the veil though was mine. That one was mine and I successfully linked something for the first time

It makes sense once I heard it and thought about it, a new county or a new township/city, renumber from the start. Yet I can see where it could result in someone finding a wrong address. If not from the area and one is told they live at this # on US State Highway 8 and it is googled, one could come up with either.... Kind of interesting. May relate and may not relate but it would have never occurred to me.

I'm leaning toward it not being their house because the mat at the door makes it look like an outside door and we didn't see any outside wooden door in their kitchen, from the outside. Though, I suppose if the basement is unfinished and a workshop/utility room, it's possible someone might put a mat at the basement door. I'd lean toward it being a First communion party at her aunt's.

Forgot to Add: The mat makes some sense if people are coming up through the garage and/or out a door past the interior door. In some pictures I thought there was a back door and in other pics it was harder to tell/see. In my defense I am no architect and am ill

Am I the only one who thinks it's someone they worked with at that plant that did this. Jim comes home from work and a little while later he gets shot. Someone had the heart not to kill Jayme. Someone knows something and is not letting anyone know or that person and their family moved out of the country with or without Jayme.

That was my gut instinct when I first heard about this. I haven't seen anything to change my mind really. It occurred to me that an altercation happened at work and continued to James's home. That's because I feel this was rage and not premeditation.
