It seems just to be a local used area term. There is a show ground, flea market, and Steam and Gas Tractor Collectors, pull club that uses the show grounds.

So....an open field type area? Maybe some structures that are used for events, but not a residential neighborhood?

Also, any street names so we can find it on a map?

Odds are they won’t find anything, but you never know. If they actually come close to 2000 people, that will be amazing.

I think they will get 2000.

It's probably the max number they can manage in an organized way. To me, this means they have a specific area in mind and they have the personnel to work with the volunteers.

This is pure speculation and more to do with *potential* psychological insight —

In one of the videos by police (on Facebook) it was stated that last year the mom had posts up about Jayme. Lovely post, but I noticed they said last year. What about the last 10-12 months?? What’s been going on? Also, there weren’t many current photos of Jayme available. Just a recent school photo. I don’t always post to fb and maybe the mom wasn’t that into it, but perhaps things changed within the family dynamic to cause her to engage in sm less. Perhaps the mom didn’t talk about her daughter much to give her privacy. Or perhaps, her daughter’s brain was scrambled due to puberty and they had some issues (not a judgement — it’s 90% common at this age and teens always come back around) This family are victims 100% but perhaps there was something going on, maybe online, that friends and family weren’t aware of.

Something does seem “off” to me. That’s all I can say (tos) but this murder and disappearance is due to either complete randomness or the answer is right under the LE’s nose. I don’t have a good feeling about the outcome this AM. ),; Please God, Let me be wrong.

I'm way behind (man ya'll are fast this morning) but wanted to weigh in on this. My FB posting habits have changed drastically over the past couple of years, from being very active/family-oriented to barely posting at all. I can definitely see someone getting the same impression about me that you are getting from the Mom's FB. Not saying you're wrong - instinct is a powerful thing and I'm not discounting it at all - just that there may be other reasons that she's backed off with the posting (and it may be set to private for some posts, as well).

Hi all, First time poster here. I have read through all the threads and wanted to add my 0.02.

The frequent maintenance of the septic tank aligned with my initial thinking it could be a random person that got close to Jayme, some type of maintenance man that could observe Jayme and family dynamics. Was it the same guy that came to address the septic issue time after time? What was the background of the employee, could he have been a felon, drug addict, pedo, or with mental illness?
Maybe this worker fell in love with Jayme and witnessed what he perceived as ill treatment to her? Did she sit on the deck and watch him, started talking and he misconstrued the relationship? Wanted to rescue her? MOO

Yes. If this was not an online predator, then I was thinking it is someone who can casually observe or even greet Jayme from some sort of "protected" position, likely his job. As others have mentioned contractors, mailman, utility worker, etc.

I do think that this Mom would have noticed if someone very creepy was hovering near her daughter, ran into them casually too often like at Walmart, showed up at dance competitions. And I think this Mom would have talked about the creep to her friends and family.

I posted this last night, but it was just as the thread closed so I'll ask again.

Is it possible that the perps could have parked on the north side of the woods on these unused railroad tracks? It would make sense. The suspect flees with Jayme north through the woods and gets to the lone vehicle at the tracks. Going east on those tracks leads back out to a highway. It's in the complete opposite direction of where the police would have been coming. Just something to think about.

It looks like they may be just using the Hungry Hollow Show Grounds as just a parking, meeting , and staging area for the large group of searchers expected.

Definitely something to think about. I have no reason to suspect this but maybe medical bills or some other one-time large expense and she just got in over her head. Usually hospitals with work with you on a low interest, long term payment plan, though.

There are so many legitimate reasons for the judgement which Denise did settle which to me it shows she at least did the right thing and didn't leave the creditor holding the bag.

And how the equity loan was spent by this family is a personal matter just like it is for anyone who does the same. The legitimate reasons are endless.

I guess I am having a hard time connecting guyall of this and how it connects to them both being murdered inside of their home.

Maybe I have missed something about why this is even important.

i think there's significance to James being shot basically right away. I'm no criminologist (i just play one on the internet!) but it seems like usually with home burglaries if the residents are home, the perps will tie them up. If they're there to steal, I don't think criminals usually kill straight away before they've even gone through the home. It's possible James was fighting and maybe even had grabbed a gun so the perp felt threatened, but my gut feeling is that shooting him right away means they definitely went there wanting him (and D) dead. .

I know. It’s incredibly frustrating that we are essentially working with the same information we had at the beginning.

A break could come at any time though.
