I think Holly Bobo may have been moved from where they first her left her body. Dunno if it was in reaction to announcement of a search. LE could be hoping to motivate someone to try and do exactly that: take action that will lead them to Jayme.

It is possible that Abby and Libby were moved in the Delphi murders. The bodies were not found during the first search of the area, but a second search in the same area produced two bodies.

I noticed that as well. It is really odd.
Returning to the scene of the crime. Sleuthing 101 ️‍♀️ but it really happens!
If the circumstances of the arrests are revealed, please let us know!

It has happened before yes. Most notably in cases where a husband murders his wife and then helps search but there have been others where perp acts like an innocent do gooder to keep tabs on where they are searching, etc.

Other scenario is perp coming to vigils for the missing. Ariel Castro went to several for the girls he kidnapped while he had them held captive in his home.

Additionally Gabe Gaeta attended the vigil for Jenise Wright.

ARS, who killed Jessica Ridgeway, went out and filmed the cops searching along side roads while driving by and posted it on YouTube.

In another case I recall the dogs went straight to someone who came to watch LE processing a scene.

Blood spatter would indicate which way body was facing when shot. Entry wound then blood behind and drops etc would tell
A grim story.

Yes that is true. But upon first coming on to the scene, LE reported man down and he had answered the front door. Maybe thats what they believed from first sight, but upon further investigation on blood splatters etc.. they found that he didn't answer the door. They wouldn't tell us that new info... therefore I don't take what was first thought and reported on call logs by LE, upon being at the scene for only a few moments as gospel. Maybe I should idk....

I'm also wondering if he answered the door, why would it be kicked in?

But nobody seems to know about this hypothetical debt. If the Closs family was known to gamble or known to borrow money from shady sources, surely that would have come out by now. The neighbor lady who seems to pay close attention to all the town gossip (JMO) did not seem especially fond of the family but the worst thing she could find to say is that they were "reclusive" and didn't answer their door when she brought them mail one time. No one has even been selling a story like that as an "unnamed source" to the gossip rags. It's a theory completely made up with nothing to base it on except that there is a casino within 15 miles of their home and IMO it is smearing the victims unnecessarily. But back to your point-- if a loan shark wanted to "send a message" by committing double homicide, wouldn't it require that there at least be common knowledge in the community that the victims were frequent gamblers and owed money? We have no one saying that and no evidence at all that the family had debt like that.

You misunderstand me
I’m not saying that at all
I’m debunking some of the theories on here about it being about debt
I apologise if it was worded as though I was suggesting debt - im not and wasn’t . I was merely saying that if a debt wasn’t paid in a hypothetical situation, they would send a message to others . There are people on here discussing debt motives and asking why this would happen as the debt owed still wouldn’t be repaid.
Anyway I shall shut up now to save further confusion lol

That's happened before too in other cases. Perp freaks out if it's a rage/in the moment killing and goes back to cover tracks better or thinks they didn't hide the body well enough so they move it to another location or thinks LE is closing in on original location and moves.

Have they been using helicopters or drones looking for girl in clothes she was wearing at party? Have not seen these described. She may have changed by 12:30, but it’s somewhere to start.
I have so many questions I would like to ask friends and family. In time, perhaps the truth will be revealed.
Her parents are probably the only ones who know/knew what she was wearing at the time she was taken :(

She likely would have changed into jammies. I’m thinking pajama pants and a T-shirt and socks?? That’s what my early teens daughter wears for bed when it’s cold

Is the presser at 5 pm Est/4 central?

Leaves falling heavily and possibility of covering up evidence?
The neighbor mentioned bears in the area. Animal intrusion would be a concern.

If she is indeed deceased and the disposal site is in the area, I’m optimistic the searchers could find her. We have seen many successful searches by volunteers, Adam Gilbertson for example.

AFAIK yes - however I'm guessing today won't provide much new detail other than they need 2K searchers for tomorrow, all tips are important so keep reporting, LE working diligently, can't comment more on an ongoing investigation, etc.

No, that’s an excellent point. The details from the dispatch log reflect only the responding officer’s first impression of what they think likely happened based on what they see at the time. Further analysis quite often proves those initial reports wrong.

Ugh I swear I am not going to get any studying completed until this case is solved.
Yes you will. Nothing is happening now. Go study. Come back for the press conference. Then study more - you can live without our commentary on the presser.

Study.

jmopinion, but it's right

I have little doubt they can come up with two thousand volunteers from this area. I come from a similar sized community in the midwest and the entire county would take this personally, not just the little town.

I'm still going to try and watch it if I can and theres a link here.

I was told to check the Sheriff Department's FB page.

My wife's grandmother is from Siren which is less than 40 miles from Barron. Bears are definitely a concern and are frequent in the heavily wooded towns that line the rural WI highways. It's not uncommon for bears to walk along property lines and into yards.

She's had a bear just waltzing around her front yard many times - usually because one of the neighbors has a bonfire and leaves food out when they turn in for the night.

This is why often search locations are kept confidential.

I’m not so sure that would be the case right now with cooler weather.
It's 59 degrees in Barron. Just saying. ..... Too hard of a discussion to have.
