Mackenzie Marken/Doll (may go by either last name) was last seen on October 11th, 2015 in Schofield, WI. Friends and family have not heard from her since. She was 14 years old, and a freshman at Mosinee High School.

She has brown hair, brown eyes, purple framed eyeglasses and is 5'7" at 150lbs. She may have small/light scars on her arms/wrists.

Authorities have found messages on her social media websites from strangers portraying themselves as teenage boys. They believe that Mackenzie was lured into meeting with someone from these websites. Unfortunately, the websites did not provide any leads. She used apps to hide her activity from her parents. Her friends have not seen or heard from her on any social media or received messages from her.

Circumstances of Disappearance​

Mackenzie Marken was last seen on October, 11 2015 at her home in Weston, Wisconsin. She has not been seen or heard from since that day.

Prior to her disappearance, Mackenzie had rebelled against her mother and stepfather and was found to have used social media to communicate with older high school aged boys.

Police believe that Mackenzie left on her own accord and that she may be a victim of human trafficking. She had ranaway from home on two previous occasions and was found safe with friends

My heart goes out to them. As a parent, I can imagine the complex feelings they must have. Some people find it very painful to go public and just try to get through each day. I really respect that you're following her case through the years.

That is so weird. Where does this name come into it other than this? It’s so specific and so different from her name.

I wish I could pass this along, but nobody really listens. They need to get an expert to decrypt her messages so they can see who abducted her. If not possible, they need to get a lawyer or have the pd subpoena the encryption company.

It bothers me that some links say she "rebelled." She was just a child trying to find her way and find some love or true connections with others, if she was talking to strangers.

Teens don't understand that many people out there aren't looking for a real friendship/relationship and won't actually care about them. It's not her fault if she was victimized.

If she had scars from self-harm, she was hurting. She needed something she didn't have. I'm not blaming her loved-ones who tried to help, but let's not call her rebellious. I would call her searching and lost. All JMO.

I hope she is located safe very soon.

The then 14-year-old disappeared from Weston in 2015. Now, her missing person flyer is printed on a trailer. It includes a photo of what she would look like now at 23 years old

I think I found a pretty strong link between Mackenzie Marken and murder victim Cassandra Ayon through a classmate of Marken's.

I was looking this case over and I happened to notice that one of Mackenzie Marken's classmates has the last name of Contreras. That name rang a bell with Jesus Contreras-Perez, who was convicted of the murder of Cassandra Ayon. His address at the time of Ayon's murder was 155759 Locker Rd, Mosinee, WI. When I checked his past addresses up came 2099 Locker Road, Mosinee, WI. Same address as his murder victim, Cassandra Ayon. When I checked Mackenzie Marken's classmate, Contreras, her address also came up as 2099 Locker Road, Mosinee, WI. Rosa Contreras went to Mosinee High School and graduated in 2019. Marken was a freshman at Mosinee High School at the time of her disappearance. Contreras and Marken were freshman classmates in 2015 at Mosinee High School according to Classmates.com. The Stevens Point Journal Mon, Mar 20, 2017 Page A4, states "According to Marathon County Crime Stoppers, the last reported sighting of Mackenzie was on Oct. 16, 2015 near Mosinee's River Park and a short distance from the local high school property."

Mackenzie Marken's mother, Jennifer Doll, stated in the Wausau Daily Herald, Sun, Apr 17, 2016 Page A1, "that Mackenzie told a high school boy she knows in Wausau that she knew a friend who could help her get away for awhile." (Newspapers.com) Could that friend be her freshman classmate?

1) Is Jesus Contreras-Perez a suspect in the case of missing Mackenzie Marken?
2) Are the police even aware of the Contreras connection between Marken and Contreras-Perez?
3) Has law enforcement searched the land where Ayon was foundfor any more human remains?
4) What is the connection between Contreras and Contreras-Perez at 2099 Locker Road?
