Deceased/Not Found WI - Rosalio Gutierrez Jr, 40, Kenosha County, 17 May 2020 *Guilty*

  • #201
Guessing the neighbors didn't hear much but thinking that the tussle between ZA and the victim didn't last long inside the apartment. ZA was able to subdue the victim and since it took place at night was able to remove the victims body out of the apartment and shuttled away to disposed of. Surprised that no night owls like me were not up and taking a peek out the window to see ZA hauling something away.

During cross the look on Ms. Avila's face spoke volumes. Looked like she got a bit emotional too. imo.

Sounds like the victim RG may have had some dating app irons in the fire but doesn't really make a difference IMO just the defense trying to muddy the waters. ZA still in the crosshairs and good evidence to lean heavy in that direction.

  • Det. Lorn Anschutz responded to Gutierrez’s residence on May 19, 2020 and found what appeared to be blood running down the wall / door frame, wall, cabinet, ceiling, couch, etc.
  • Marisa Swanigan, Gutierrez’s neighbor, on May 17, 2020, heard a loud hang below her living room, as if something had fallen / something big had been forced against a wall.

Judge denied defense motion to dismiss charges. Defense has 3 more witnesses for the afternoon. Two of which are inmates. They are recalling inmate Marquan Washington and calling for first time another inmate.

Defense then has 8-9 witnesses for Monday, which they expect to go quickly, and plan to rest Monday afternoon.

The defense took a swing at that but shot down I see. Enough evidence to eyeball ZA and can see the jurors seeing that as well.

Just now joining trial.

Came in late to court. Sounds like counsels discussion (witness Washington) without jury present. However, jury is now coming in. moo

Correct me if this is incorrect.

The state and defense getting a little testy with eachother lol. I'm waiting for them to go hands on and all rolling around the courtroom, Judge had to shut it down.
