I wonder what he meant by the last sentence, "I'm so happy". This is a shame. I looked at the Milwaukee Sentinel/Journal newspaper and did not see anything yet.

Suicide perps sometimes show a sudden happiness or lightness of mood immediately preceding their death, especially associated with charitable actions. If someone you know has a long history of depression and suddenly starts cheerfully giving away their things that's a red flag. It can indicate they've made a firm decision to die and are glad that things are over and they get a final opportunity to do more good in the world than they feel they've been able to before.
