16 to his 40, never mind that she's pregnant. Taking her out of state to do that should add a nice, airtight conviction for felony kidnapping to his illustrious resume.

Not guilty? By my calculations the baby must be due imminently and surely a DNA test will confirm his guilt IMO

I know it sounds preposterous but it is simply procedural. The government needs to prove its case. Now I think the evidence is overwhelming and there is no chance he actually gets acquitted, but we have to let the process play out.
