I voted "yes" only because so much happened over the past few days - kind of unusual for a holiday weekend. I feel like there is a giant boulder rolling down a steep hill. It is picking up speed and will have to be stopped before someone gets hurt at the bottom of the hill. jmo

I just heard all that reported on Fox. That a break in the case is soon, that the step-mom is not cooperating. How very sad. I hope they find the little boy. Poor baby.

I think Terri could be charged with Endangerment of a Child since LE advised Kaine to take the baby out of the family home. And then with LE using the info they had learned about the LS, which must have been very solid for the judge to grant the RO, I could see a charge for that too. Not collusion - can't think of the name of that charge where one conspires to have another person killed. xox

Found it under Oregon statute:

"Solicitation" described

(1) A person commits the crime of solicitation if with the intent of causing another to engage in specific conduct constituting a crime punishable as a felony or as a Class A misdemeanor or an attempt to commit such felony or Class A misdemeanor the person commands or solicits such other person to engage in that conduct.

(2) Solicitation is a:

(a) Class A felony if the offense solicited is murder or treason.

(b) Class B felony if the offense solicited is a Class A felony.

(c) Class C felony if the offense solicited is a Class B felony.

(d) Class A misdemeanor if the offense solicited is a Class C felony.

(e) Class B misdemeanor if the offense solicited is a Class A misdemeanor. [1971 c.743 §57]


I think the 'conspiracy' charge I posted above would come into play if the other party agreed.

I am not certain there is an imminent arrest on the horizon. Tho, I do believe that is exactly what LE was attempting to do with the landscaper, UC, TMH wire tap sting.I think their motive was to arrest on "murder for hire" scheme to get her incarcerated and to start letting her "sweat"(anyone who follows the Haleigh Cummings case knows this tactic all too well, tho thus far has proven unsuccessful)leaving her alone in her cell, caged, and hoping that would "break" her and they could get the info needed to lead them to Kyron..With her now having Houze as counsel am not sure how long they'd be successful in keeping her incarcerated and letting her "sweat" it out in a cage.(I know in the H. Cummings case the bond was set at an unattainable amout 1million+ and the ppl involved are in a completely different salary bracket) so am not sure if they would be able to set such an unattainable bond amt for TMH?... But nonetheless I have no doubt that is indeed what LE was "attempting" to do with failed wire sting(of course thats in my opinion)

If LE had evidence other than lawn guy's word that Terri wanted him to kill Kaine, I believe she'd already be in custody. A lot of LE's moves thus far seem designed to put the squeeze on Terri, but so far have yielded nothing. If they had evidence and were still trying to put pressure on Terri to divulge Kyron's whereabouts, arresting her and letting her sweat it until a hearing seems as good a way as any. Similarly, if LE had evidence Terri was directly involved in Kyron's disappearance and murder, she would've been arrested by now, and IMHO, they'd be cutting a deal with her to locate his body. The continued assertion by LE and Kyron's bio parents that he's alive tells me LE has no evidence a murder took place, and yet I think it's improbable he's still alive.

I think there may be an arrest this week, but at this point, it's more likely lawn guy will be arrested before Terri, IMHO. I honestly believe LE has very little in the way of hard evidence against Terri for any of this -- the murder-for-hire or Kyron's disappearance.

Desiree and Tony are supposed to talk to "South Oregon Media" this evening. But we do not know if that is a press conference or not, we don't even know what time. Just that it is in Medford at the police department. That will likely be emotional... that is where Tony works.

There is a thread further down for this, just for waiting for information on it.
