Instead of giving this young man his propers, CA decides he's obsessed with Caylee and would take Caylee to get back at ICA, paraphrased. What does ICA do? In all her glory, she decides to break off her engagement because JG loves Caylee more than he loves her....JMHO

Add insult to injury, more vile is the fact that the defense now moves on to RK and wants HIM to be a suspect in Caylee's murder...no good deed goes unpunished, eh...I do hope if this takes flight (I so home the SA's file a motion in limine to EXCLUDE RK), it will anger those jurors and see it for what it is, BS....and ICA will be hated, as will her defense team..JMHO

On Tuesday, July 15, 2008, around 12pm, I received a phone call from my daughter, Caylee. Today was the first day I have heard her voice in over 4 weeks. I’m afraid of what Caylee is going through. After 31 days, I know that the only thing that matters is getting my daughter back. With many and all attempts to contact Zenaida, and within the one short conversation, on June 12, 2008. I was never able to check on the status or well-being of my daughter. Zenaida never made an attempt to explain why caylee is no longer in Orlando, or if she is ever going to bring her home.

Since people read here from countries all over the world, some may be unfamiliar with the various and sundry characters, with varying degrees of repute. It is important to note that anyone can make a blog and write wild speculation. If one is listening to blogtalk radio or reading a blog that is mentioned here, that is by no means an endorsement of the site or meant to imply the folks discussing matters are meant to be taken as serious authorities. In my opinion, and this is JUST MY OPINION, one should keep in mind anyone can create a show or blog. Ginette, Simon, Cobra, Joy.......anyone! The reason I write this disclaimer is I so often get e mails and notes from folks that opine how much they trust Websleuths; because, we seem to stick to the facts and back up our posts with links to the court documents or hearing recordings, etc., unlike some other sites that are just downright silly.

Many folks have been deposed in the case and yet we actually have seen very few of the transcripts. Perhaps we will see the Jesse and Richard Grund transcripts. I hope so. Nevertheless, until we do, what Tommy told John, and what John told Mike, who wrote about it, then Sam read that and discussed what he thinks Mary told Suzy is not to be taken seriously.

I personally believe that things were said in the Grund depositions and then reported in the blogger stories. I believe that a source has most likely told the Grunds that Lee visited Jesse with the sole objective to collect DNA from Jesse, and this is what the Grunds stated during their depositions. (now, whether these allegations can be PROVEN or not, is another question altogether). I believe the Grunds made these statements, UNDER OATH, during their depositions.

I believe that the media did not know the Grunds were being deposed on Wednesday, Dec 8th ... but the unidentified source for the stories DID KNOW that Richard Grund was deposed that day, and the source knew BEFORE the depositions took place. For some reason, none of the usual Florida news outlets ever published the information that the Grunds were deposed on Wednesday, Dec. 8th - not even the next day.

It is interesting that the Grunds did not issue a DENIAL that they were deposed on Wednesday, Dec 8th (because they were - even though the Notice of Deposition had not been filed with the Clerk until AFTER the depositions were completed).

The Grunds have not DENIED that Lee visited Jesse in Georgia, and have not denied that they were "told" by someone, that Lee wanted Jesse's DNA to plant.

I find the Defense intense focus on touch DNA on Caylee's shorts and the laundry bag interesting.
I find Cindy's statements on the "TODAY" show on Aug 13, 2010, interesting - wherein Cindy made a statement regarding an issue that she had NOT been asked about. Cindy blurted out - "They must be saying that Casey must have been so calculated that she was able to put Caylee's remains down there without any any any link to her. There's no fibers, there's no hair, there's no DNA there's no fingerprints of Caseys or anyone in our family."

The TODAY SHOW interviewer was only talking about Casey - but Cindy added "or anyone in our family". Law enforcement had not alleged that any of the family was at the remains site, but Cindy brings this up. Cindy appears to have knowledge and a certainty about these matters -- how would she know about any DNA on Caylee's remains or Caylee's belongings?

Lee refused a polygraph and encouraged his family to refuse also.
Cindy did everything she could to sabotage Tim Miller's search efforts, and never helped search for Caylee herself.
Cindy sent P.I. Dominic Casey to the remains site - his search was video taped by Hoover.
Somehow P.I. Dominic searched within yards of where Caylee's remains were later found.

I believe it is possible that someone intended to plant Jesse's DNA on Caylee's remains and/or Caylee's belongings .... however I have no idea if it can be PROVEN in a court of law. We do not have that info in any public official document.
The statement was made in the blogger stories, and has NOT been denied by the Grunds.

I used to listen to Simon Barrett quite a bit, mostly just to hear Cobra's accent which I adore, but I always put Peter Hyatt a little bit above the others and gave him a little more credit. Never again! He and his cohorts may as well air a show about how Zanny is from outer space and took Caylee back with her to planet Zeon before dumping an alien child's body with her DNA back behind the Anthony's, because he has officially lost every ounce of credibility he ever had.

Yup, it was CA as she was coming out of the courthouse IIRC...the one where she tries to explain to the reporters about how bad pizza smells after being left in the trunk of a car. OY!

I'll never forget that! It was right after the first bond hearing on the Tuesday after Casey was arrested..........July 22 I think. Cindy was very angry and upset and told reporters she was a "nurse of decomposition." George was trying to get Cindy out of there and as they made their way to the car Cindy kept yelling to reporters............"it was rotten pizza. Do you know how bad pizza smells when it's left in a trunk in the Florida sun for 19 days!" She challenged anyone to leave a pizza in the trunk of their car for 19 days and see what it smells like.

A member here at WS (wish I could remember who) had an older car and volunteered to do the experiment. She left a pizza closed up in the car for the 19 days. The result was a pizza that was dried up and stiff with only a mildly lingering odor of pizza. I remember too that one of the local Orlando media tried the experiment too and they also ended up with a dried up pizza that was like cardboard.

Cindy seems to think that because she said it, it must be true. In this case, pizza only dries up and any odor is a mild pizza smell. It doesn't smell like decomposition.

It never ceases to amaze me the lengths that the A's (allegedly) will go to in order to save ICA, for family appearances sake. They would rather an innocent person be framed for the murder than to deal with the fact that ICA did it.

The A's know ICA did it but are willing to live with that and ICA going free just so that the general public are fooled into believing that ICA is not guilty and thus the family image is clean. Not!!!
