JG was willing to marry ICA even tho' he knew he wasn't Caylee's biological father. Instead of giving this young man his propers, CA decides he's obsessed with Caylee and would take Caylee to get back at ICA, paraphrased. What does ICA do? In all her glory, she decides to break off her engagement because JG loves Caylee more than he loves her....JMHO

Add insult to injury, more vile is the fact that the defense now moves on to RK and wants HIM to be a suspect in Caylee's murder...no good deed goes unpunished, eh...I do hope if this takes flight (I so home the SA's file a motion in limine to EXCLUDE RK), it will anger those jurors and see it for what it is, BS....and ICA will be hated, as will her defense team..JMHO

I think the more they move away from the imaginanny defense, it will seal ICA's fate..I believe the SA's will show the court/jurors her first inital statement:

Wow! Reading that statement after so long sends chills down my spine. You are right, she is married to that story, and no way can she crank it up now to say Zanny is Jesse. There is just no way.

Cindy did everything she could to sabotage Tim Miller's search efforts, and never helped search for Caylee herself.
Cindy sent P.I. Dominic Casey to the remains site - his search was video taped by Hoover.
Somehow P.I. Dominic searched within yards of where Caylee's remains were later found.

Let's not forget that Ginette the psychic stated in a phone interview (I think it may have been on NG or JVM) that Dominic Casey DID find the body when she was on the phone with him, and that it really freaked him out! Maybe World or someone else has this, as I just can't remember when or where I saw this, but I know it happened.

Funny. I will find the recording , it was on Steph's show. I laughed because she was with contradiction after the next, imo, and she did claim he found it, he cried, she told him he needed to put his big boy pants on and pull it together. No where in her vision did she mention Jesse. It is a must listen. IMO it thoroughly exposes her.

It never ceases to amaze me the lengths that the A's (allegedly) will go to in order to save ICA, for family appearances sake. They would rather an innocent person be framed for the murder than to deal with the fact that ICA did it.

The A's know ICA did it but are willing to live with that and ICA going free just so that the general public are fooled into believing that ICA is not guilty and thus the family image is clean. Not!!!

I guess Cindy doesn't realize that no matter what the result of the murder trial is............the public KNOWS how dirty the Anthony family image really is!

Cindy herself has done much to tarnish the family image with her lies, attempts to cover up Casey's crime, her lack of respect for the court room (chewing gum), her failure to dress appropriately for a court deposition, etc.

The many ways Cindy has rudely treated other people could fill a book! She's taken being rude to new heights - insulting Tim Miller, a man with an untarnished reputation for helping families of missing loved ones.

She's threatened reporters by waving a hammer at them while admonishing them to "get off their butts and go find Caylee."

She and George both threatened the protesters in front of their house by coming out of the garage with a baseball bat and a hammer instead of wisely remaining inside the house and letting LE handle the protesters.

She held a memorial service for Caylee, but had a long list of the "uninvited" that were to be summarily refused entry into the church if they appeared.

This is only a small sampling of how rudely Cindy has treated people. She has no manners, dignity, or social graces whatsoever!

On top of everything else, Cindy really isn't too intelligent. She throws out ridiculous statements and expects everyone to accept what she says as valid. Yet, much of what Cindy says lacks common sense. One example is when she suggested to reporters that "maybe someone broke into the impound yard after Casey's car was impounded and put a dead body in the truck of Casey's car." Common sense dictates that the likelihood of this happening is outside the realm of possibilities.

The Anthony's family image is badly damaged with or without Casey being convicted of murder.

And wasn't Jan. 23, the "suicide" note, where George talks about buying a gun (supposedly) and teaching her friends a lesson. But, I never believed the suicide attempt was anything more than more smoke and mirrors, so, I see things from that angle.
Assuming Jesse is who he is referring to, they will never back off of this.

I guess the OCSD & the FBI are lucky that LP showed up to let them know what was really going on...!!

I know there are some who believe that LP deserves credit for something but I respectfully disagree.

In my opinion he has done nothing but endanger this investigation, spread rumors, cause rampant speculation & insult nearly the entire population of Florida. Including his fellow bondsmen & bounty hunters.

When LP's not busy "Mugging" for the camera in a self serving attempt to enhance his profile, he's either falsely accusing innocent people or defiling Caylee's memory with another one of his unfounded and unsubstantiated "Theories".

If any good at all has come from LP's involvement it was a total & complete accident and to give him credit for aiding this investigation in anyway is an insult to the people who actually deserve the Credit....The OCSD & the FBI.

Also, any information that LP may have against Casey is useless.

LP would make a horrible witness & the prosecution would be best served by avoiding him altogether.

How could they possibly ask the jury to take LP at his word when the OCSD wanted to give him a lie detector test after the "ECON River Fiasco".

What are they going to say? We only believe "Half" of what LP has to say?

Well frankly I am rather suspicious of Annie. I have always thought there was something NOT RIGHT about that girl, do not believe her statement about the Xanax tablets, and think there is a very good reason she felt the need to 'lawyer up' before talking to LE. I can very easily see her being drawn into a scheme by Cindy and Casey to attempt to put the blame on Jessie. Very easily.

If I remember right, she made that statement pretty early on in her interview and then toward the end of the interview she was asked why she didn't trust Jesse, and she said it was because after Caylee went missing, she saw him and the first words out of his mouth to her were (paraphrasing) 'why aren't you and casey friends anymore', or something like how long has it been since you and Casey stopped being friends. She was stunned at that comment, she thought his first words would have been something a little more congenial and supportive of one another since they all appeared to be in the same boat. She thought Jesse was putting her in a different boat.

They were there only a matter of a few hours before they were asked to leave. A couple of days later, George and Cindy went to Satsuma..............I think for a prayer vigil............but didn't stay.

Then gee whizz, we get a brand new, more embellished story about JBP, Samantha, a Ford Focus, a script, timer 55. And this kidnapper is now communicating with her through her myspace and email account.

August 29th, whilst being transported to OCSD, (check fraud charges) she is secretly recorded, complaining about no amber alert being put out for Caylee even although LE had a suspect and a vehicle description.


In one of her Muffin/ Cookie letters :

Exactly. No matter how much the defense would like to distance themselves from it, they are married to Zanny-the-imaginanny. There is no getting away from it. And they have their lying, yapping client to thank for that. Everytime the defense starts blowing smoke in an attempt to distract the jurors, LDB will interject the imaginanny to remind them of Zanny. *poof* That will clear the air in an instant.

When I get stressed over stuff like Kronk or the TES searchers, I always remind myself of Zanny. The irony of all of this is that - FINALLY one of Casey's lies is going to be the very thing that we can rest assured will seal her fate. Zanny is gonna be the huge elephant in that courtroom that never goes away.
