Do you even read what you write? Nobody would do what you suggest Rebecca did. It doesn't even make any sense to imagine such a thing. Let's see:

You would find less argument for your theory if you hated Rebecca less obviously, IMO.

Don't forget the suicide theorists also say Rebecca did "Asian lesbian anime porn" on her own computer sometime before she offs herself -- apparently in an attempt to further humiliate *herself* while feeling guilty and allegedly trying to plant evidence that Dina and others murdered her! HAHAHAHA. Because you know, none of what you've written was sensational and convoluted enough... Yeah, right suiciders. Try to make some rational sense, will you?

Police never indicated they even dusted the computers for prints/DNA. So how do you know Adam's and/or other defendants (Dina, Nina)'s prints were not found on the computers?

Wasn't it accessed with a SW Airlines account or credit card? Couldn't it have been done remotely? That would clear up a few things regarding being present in the mansion or not and viewing porn.

They dusted alot of things we don't know about, and IMO, the computer keyboard was one of them. Since none of them were ever considers suspects, I think its pretty safe to assume there were no prints other than Rebeccas.

There was activity on Rebecca’s computer the day before the incident. The forensic examination of the hard drive showed the file access at about 3:00 am the morning of the event was likely a “cookie” left behind by an automated update for a tool bar.

At this point in the investiagtion/case there is NO proof whatsoever who viewed the porn. Thanks for all these explicit details. Just goes to show how *ridiculous* the suicide theory is. An Asian woman who's never viewed porn, let alone Asian anime lesbian porn before, suddenly decides to off herself and simultaneously watch this specific type of porn right before she does so. But it's not ridiculous that a murderer planted a search on the victim's computer to simulate a suicidal person looking up ways to make their suicide look like a murder? Why would murderer who is hoping for a suicide ruling google violence? My head is spinning from the complexity of that theory.

Now, I can see a suicidal person googling how to make their death look like a murder. But I can't, for the life of me think why a murderer would (a) use the victims computer to google ways to murder her or (b) or plant such a search on the victim thinking it would mislead LE to a suicide ruling.

If I was a murderer hoping for a suicide look, I would plant a search about depression or despondency- how to tie a noose etc. then I'd make the murder look like a suicide.

BBM It is also very possible that it was murder and being staged as murder.The violence and sexual aspect of the murder might have been intended to deflect suspicion. Perhaps onto a more sinister "hit mob" scenario (that was rumored for a while). In that case, it makes perfect sense that one of the accused googled and then mimicked the bondage scenario... as a red herring. I know this isn't what is laid out in the suit, but certainly a possibility for some of the "staged" items. IMO, they got "lucky" with LE jumping on the idea of suicide.

This is not surprising given the overwhelming, in-you-face facts on this case that it continues on to trial. No one in ther right mind believes it was a suicide unless it is the defendants and their cronies. It gives me hope that we will finally have a rational, thinking official in charge to get to the truth. I really hope there will be a criminal investigation come out of it and that time will be served.

I have sleuthed several cases, one of them an unbelievably awful mass murder of a family, in which evidence was staged -- and clearly, was staged, there is no question of it -- but no-one has yet figured out why, because the staging doesn't make any sense. My take on that is: this is precisely the point of the staging. Leave us wondering, instead of pointing a direct finger. It's not *meant* to make sense. The whole purpose of staging is throw the investigation off.

Now, I tend to agree, if they wanted it to look like suicide, they did a crappy job of it -- because it LOOKS like a murder, which I believe it was. I don't believe they were trying to make it look like a suicide at the point of discovery of Rebecca's body. The staging doesn't have to point to anything that makes sense -- as long it obfuscates the truth well enough, then no-one going to jail for the crime who ought to.

In this one case, the killer/s tied the two ends of a power cord around the feet of two dead, bound and horribly slaughtered teenagers. It wasn't an effective binding, at all, it was loose and served no purpose as it is certain they were already dead. So why'd the killer do that? We have NO idea. We can't, unless the killer volunteers that information. But that, and several other weird pieces of staging, has kept the people sleuthing the case, official or not, running in circles for thirty years. Mission, accomplished.

And I've seen cases stymied by it before. I've seen the police dealing with these crimes makes some AWFUL mistakes because they literally have no experience in dealing with staged crime scenes, things that are not black and white and really, are nigh impossible to answer. They make assumptions and stick to them, despite evidence that doesn't fit their theory here and there, because they get flak for not having answers. And that would be hello, successful staging.

And I *do* see evidence of staging in this crime.

And, IMO, here's some evidence of staging (which Dr. Cyril Wecht picked up on):

Note my previous posts about the *exceeding* rarity of cricoid fracture in suicidal hangings. A study on that exact subject, encompassing thousands of cases of hanging, found the percentage to be 0.003 of cases -- that's 3 thousandths of ONE percent of suicidal hangings have a cricoid fracture.

Now look at this diagram, based on the autopsy report's description of Rebecca's throat injuries:

See where the rope mark is? You can see why the hyoid bone *might* get fractured -- it's way up there, close to where the rope was.

But look down, far from the major ligature mark, to where the cricoid is, just above that little hollow at the base of the throat. NOwhere *near* the rope. NOwhere the rope would crush, in a hanging death.

That fracture is seen *almost* (think 99.997 % of cricoid fractures) exclusively in homicidal strangulation. This FACT is published over and over in forensics manuals, studies and other scholarly texts. And looking at this diagram, it is easy to see WHY.

Now, this might make more sense of the other markings, so far completely unexplained, on Rebecca's throat. Those "thin red marks", perpendicular to the rope ligature (which makes them, where they are, horizontal to the rope burn-- AND much closer to that cricoid fracture).

Looking now at this LE presentation about criminal assault by strangling -- albeit, aimed at informing living victims:

In 42% of strangulations, says these police statistics, there's NO VISIBLE sign of strangulation.
In 22% of cases, the visible evidence is "too small to photograph".

So, in a whopping 64% of criminal strangulation cases, there's NO overt and obvious outward sign of the crime having been committed. You'd need an autopsy to prove it happened.

Like Rebecca's autopsy, where it can be SEEN that her injuries point to strangulation. No matter what all else is going on around it, there we have hard proof of staging.

Well, there is one person involved in this case who admittedly watched porn during that 24 hour period, and googling 'sexy Asian girls' after being in the innocent presence of a 'sexy Asian girl' doesn't seem too

And works on a tugboat and can tie complex, uncommon (tugboat hitch) nautical knots in his sleep.

ETA: And that's another thing that bothers me about the investigation. SDSO analyzed RZ's laptop to see past online activity, but they never dusted it for fingerprints.

You're absolutely correct! Anyone can access anyone else's computer nowadays with remote access and/or bluetooth. In other words, we the public have *no idea* who searched for "Asian Anime Porn" on Rebecca's computer. And the people who keep insisting that it can only be Rebecca is obviously *BLOVIATING* (I'm using Lash's word here).
