MYBELLE.......Again your posts only make me want to look further into the wrongful death suit. So, I researched the CDC handbook on completing a death certificate and DHAAAANG...guess what the CDC said?:
"The cause-of-death section in the medical examiners or coroners certification is always a medical opinion."
and only "represents the best effort of the medical examiner or coroner".
So, if it is "always a medical opinion"....there should be nothing wrong with seeking a second medical opinion, huh?
Oh my, second opinion? It reminds me of a bio-mechanics expert who was hired to refute the claims of SDSO's report. Anybody remember that?
I'll let you Google away and find the handbook and I quoted was from page 28 of the 138 page handbook.
And please let me make it absolutely clear, I am all for second opinions. And I do not blame ANY family member wanting/requesting/or paying for one.
